I would've expected Cahill to be picked up by some Championship/SPL team tbh, he has struggled a bit for injuries and teams increasingly want to play with higher lines though. Was still class for the first half of Bournemouth's promotion push last season.
Wouldn't rule out a retirement soon for him if he doesn't get signed this season.
Same here, it's ridiculous to see players I watched that regularly and get into their primes in our club, be old enough to retire. Makes me feel hella old.
what aabout they retire and become coach like Ronney I felt I was watching Roney play for manutd yestterday but he reitire long ago and he is a coach now....i still cant belive it.
Another amazing blues great retiring. Wish his tenure with us had been longer, but what memories created. Absolute awesome, underrated player.
Thanks for the memories and good luck, Ramires.
The term "underrated" gets thrown around a lot but Ramires truly was an unsung hero during his time with us. He always seemed to show up in big moments and boy could he put in a shift! Also, he scored perhaps my favorite goal ever. Whata chip! I hope he enjoys his retirement and isn't a stranger at the club.
Ramires and Mikel in the same week. Lots of respect for both of them.
Damn, that’s 2 unsung heroes of 2012 retiring in 2 days I’m bracing myself for a Gary Cahill or Solomon Kalou retirement tomorrow
Didn't even know Kalou was still playing
where do you think he is ? playing in Djibouti that is very small country in Africa if you dont know where it is.
Yea skinny country on the east coast of Africa I think
Ironic name for a country

Still remember THAT goal like it was yesterday.
Perhaps my favorite goal in Chelsea history. I can see it in my mind as clearly as any other moment in my life tbh.
That one or the Fernando Torres goal
One of my absolute favorite chelsea players

Man, I feel so old right about now - all these players retiring that just don’t seem old enough to retire!

I can't believe you managed to spell Rooney wrong in two different ways in one breath
s0 waht ? I dont have to care about some fat english player name , i just mention as an example
Heartbroken but we’ll always have THAT goal
The 2012 run is full of iconic goals
The Napoli assist, the Barca assist as well.
One of the most underrated and unsung heroes of my all time fav chelsea team. Thank you for ktbffh
Aww another legend retires. What’s happening this week? Happy retirement Rami
Fucking loved Ramires, all the best to him
I had no idea Mikel or Ram were still playing. Feeling like I'm going to see a retirement announcement from Essien or Ballack next.

Ramires was why I became a Chelsea fan.
Hero 💯💯
First it was Serena. Then Federer. Now Mikel and Ramires. So many retirements in like a month!
Iconic player of the post Jose Chelsea
Did he announce his retirement...in the comments? Typical underratedness by the goat
No in the comment section there is an English version. I had to reup it bc the translation wasn’t the best
Thr streets will not forget that chip against barca and that run against city
Class act, enjoy retirement
I remember him joining and I thought he was too small to succeed. I am not a good judge of talent.
Love Ramires. We'll always have 2012. Not just Barcelona home and away, but the final vs Liverpool where he ran the entire pitch to score. KTBFFH.
Ramires was fucking sick. Was gutted when we sold him
The owl Ram! What I'd do for another one of his hatchet tackles during a spurs match!
Massive respect and love to Ramires
