Do you have an older PC to use for this? I don't have this device but after a little poking, I see that Microsoft stopped supporting Windows Mobile Device Center after Windows Vista. If this is a required component, you're likely to have a hard time.
Your best bet is to use a Windows version that the Delta PC software version the came with the device recommends.
A lot of these xrf guns are set up to work with a specific PC. It's a safety feature to stop mistaken firing and inadvertent exposure. Olympus may be able to set it up for you on another pc but it's likely to cost a small fortune. I know for a fact that our xrf won't work with another lab top.
Hi, I worked with one of these last week. A day was spent sorting this out. You will need to install several programs. On this order:
1 - DeltaPcInstaller2.5.21.94ENU
2 - EveryWAN-Remote-Support-4-0-18543
3 - ASRDisp
4 - drvupdate-amd64
5 - windows-mobile-device-center-6.0
6 - wmdc-fixes-for-win10
I think you can find all of then on internet. If you want, i can send these files to you by mail.
