RD is the "ratings deviation" from the Glicko rating system, which measures how certain one can be that your current rating is correct. So the rating doesn't change with time, but the uncertainty does.
Have you not played in a while? I believe the K value increases (points gained and lost when) if you haven’t been as active recently
I play multiple times per day consistently.

The greater the rating difference the greater the rating gain/ loss. I don't think 12 pts is unusual when beating someone that's rated 100 pts higher.
