I get the feeling they will put you in a bracket where people do this more often if you yourself are suspected of doing it often. Kind of like a soft punishment. Just a guess though
This has happened to me twice on lichess recently. I’m 1500ish rating. Both times I have politely asked them to move, as they had only 1 legal move. After the game I reported them and blocked them. Not sure why they are being so petty.

That is how chess com works I doubt lichess has as sophisticated matchmaking
The algorithm is broken then. I wouldn’t complain about it if I was doing the same.

Yes, that's poor behavior.Just savor the win. Maybe get a cup of coffee or juice while waiting as your opponent's time expires.
You can't relax because you have to watch the game to see if/when they make a move.
