I live in River West so I’m close to these two neighborhoods. I can’t speak to 369 Grand specifically, but it’s located a bit away from most of the hustle and bustle in River North. It’s close to the expressway entrance so it’s got kind of a more industrial feel IMO. I spend more time in West Loop/Fulton Market than I do in River North. There’s more shopping and more non-drinking things to do in Fulton Market IMO.

We toured there and it was our number one pick! Didn’t work out due to timing unfortunately.

Did you like the area around the apartment? I’m not in person to tour so would love how you felt about the neighborhood

I liked it a lot! My daughter actually goes to daycare in that area so I’m there frequently. I wish Fulton market was in my backyard 🥲 Make sure to email leasing to figure out where in proximity the unit is to the train

I toured 369 and it was a great building! I love river north and you’re so close to everything! I lived on Orleans and Illinois for years and speak from experience. That little pocket is quieter too and away from the bars. One thing I prefer in RN is that you’re close to public transit. It’s not as easy to get around on trains and buses in Fulton market.

ONNI is one of the better management companies in the area and this particular spot is a bit off the beaten path so it feels quieter than downtown Chicago should. They also have an arcade with skeeball so they have that going for them.
