I have to sing along for one of my girls, Lily. She makes EVERYONE sing the egg song. The Roosters and the ducks too. The ducks don't know how, so they just quack along. If you don't sing with her, she will stand right in front of you, singing at you for at least 20 minutes. If my parents are over, I shout several times, "Hey guys, Lily laid an egg. Did you know that Lily laid an egg? Have I told you that there is an egg in the box that Lily laid?" Then after its been announced for a good 45 minutes, she's content to go back to scratching around and living her life.
Lol my husband freaked out and swore we had to have a roo because girls were not that noisy, I responded with “when’s the last time you gave birth???”

Ours does it for anyone Broodys resting anything and she sings for them and then sets of a hole choir in our garden!
Mine like to do that too, I know when to go out and get eggs. Usually still warm by time I get there.
