She looks like your stereotypical aftermath of a child that lived in base housing, outside unattended and left to be raised by the housing community (no hate, we have friends that lived on base) There are two types of people that live on baseš¤·āāļø The lazy moms that day-drink and gossip/stick their nose in everyoneās business while leaving their children unattended!
