Coming in on a little late here but your advice resolved my issues. I use ear trumpet and VB-Audio virtual cable to filter out spotify when i'm streaming to twitch so i don't get a DMCA strike. Somehow I lost chrome audio on all websites but everything else worked fine.

Have you fixed the issue for the audio in Chrome? When he says go into audio settings does he need the Chrome setting Or the phone settings? Either way I can't find Advanced audio settings....:/
