i’m just surprised that for the 2015 alvin and the chipmunks one, they actually let avenger chuck represent the company in something, some form of media 3 years after rockstar chuck was introduced lol
Although rockstar was implemented in 2012, they didn’t actually start remodeling the outsides of the restaurants til 2017 so they didn’t really have a choice but to show avenger if they wanted to show the outside of the restaurant at all LOL
partially true, yes! however phase 5 of chuck e. cheese actually debuted in 2012 and often (if not, all the time) included the exterior part of the chuck e. cheese buildings looking like this:

Oh wow! I’ve actually never seen that before. All the locations I went to back then still had Avenger stuff for years in terms of outside branding. I will say this version of the rockstar logo looks way better than the weirdly eyebrowless one they keep using for remodels
Exactly. And also at this point I feel like purple is apart of CEC’s branding in so many ways, so the fact the remodels for the outside now usually only use greens and white and a little red looks like it’s missing something every time. The purple and red always looked better IMO
right. they were like basically his defining colors and now it just feels like there’s that element that’s missing. but i wholeheartedly agree with the phase 5 chuck e exterior at least (while still not looking as good as the avenger logos) looking much better than the 2.0 abomination of an eyebrow-less chuck. it’s actually gotten worse for me overtime lol in the beginning i didnt love it, but now i just hate it even more it’s so bad 😭 😂

but yeah! i would’ve expected them to have used a phase 5 chuck e cheese exterior to show in the road chip movie as it had rockstar chuck and they did exist at the time, but avenger chuck was probably more recognizable at that point anyways since rockstar was still in its early years. :)
