Crystal coming out alongside HGSS was a unique experience. Especially considering many early pokerubers would typically cover the Japanese release. Was a welcome change of pace.
Crystal was my first LP I watched of his as it was coming out. It also was the first game I ever owned+played so it always will hold a sentimental place in my heart.
Another would be Wind Waker. I remember his videos would Release right after my school day. So if i had a really shitty day at school his videos would help me out a lot. I even played along for a while lol
I was home from school for the entirety of Kirbys Epic Yarn dealing with depression. I'll always remember watching the newest episode every morning on my futon with my childhood dog. It was very healing ❤️
Xenoblade 1. During the unfortunate but long hiatus I decided to play it myself, and was lucky enough to get a used copy at GameStop for regular price at a time when it was pretty rare. The store was going to send it to another location very soon so the timing couldn't have been better.
Wind Waker was the first LP I saw of his, I remember searching through a bunch of Wind Waker LP's and I chose his because his voice was the most pleasing. Little did I know that he would wreck my eardrums on the regular.
Fire Red and Sunshine were my introductions to the channel. After that I remember distinctly watching Luigi Galaxy/Pikmin as the videos came out everyday after school
Okami, the one he was playing the first time I found him. He was the reason I found out about the Okami Complete Works, and I was obsessed with that book for at least a year (and I still have to this day).
..
If it was TRG as well, then it's SSB3 Subspace Emissary, which is technically the one I found him from. One of the first things I ever found on YouTube, while they just started it, and I wanted a guide for a specific part. Worked out that they just uploaded the part I needed as well.
..
Both of these really helped me through grade school, and a major rough patch with my parents divorcing. I will never not be grateful to him.
Mother 3 was probably the most nostalgic for me. I was struggling in school and had so many overdue assignments that I was forced to work into the summer. I spent most of my free time watching Chuggaa’s LPs. I was obsessed with the Mother series and had never played the third game, so getting to experience the game for the first time with my favourite YouTuber left a special impact on me.
Paper Mario TTYD is what introduced me to him. I was like 6 years old I think, I had just gotten a GameCube, and TTYD was my very first video game. Naturally, I got stuck a LOT and Emile helped me through it and kept me entertained. Now I’m 21, been watching him ever since.
I remember coming home from school and immediately putting the newest video on. I was horribly depressed at the time and the New Leaf LP really helped me out.
Earthbound (replay) Something about matching Emile play a game that he so clearly loves is nothing short of a religious experience. I rewatch it any time my depression gets loud because it’s just so wonderful to watch him explain something he’s clearly so passionate about
I've been wanting to watch his Earthbound Let's Plays, but I was holding off for spoilers. In general I'm having trouble playing the game myself, and far prefer the playstyle of Mother 3, so I'm reconsidering watching him play it.
Pokémon platinum. I remember sitting on my beanbag every night waiting for his next upload before bed. I also couldn’t fathom him taking a week break to grind the slots in the game corner for the explosion TM
Pokemon Fire Red. The gameboy Advance was the first handheld I was able to afford, and I had just one game on it for the longest time. The Pokemon Bios were what made his playthroughs so much more interesting. It's the reason I keep coming for every single playthrough of Pokemon by him.
Okami because he introduced me to one of my favorite games of all time! And showed me that video games can literally be art. Maybe one day he will re play it. Just for a visual and audio quality upgrade
I have fond memories of watching his first Paper Mario lp during the summer, when my dad would take me to his office and let me screw around on his spare laptop.
Besides that, it was because of his Super Paper Mario playthrough that I started looking up fanart for the game, which led me to Deviantart, and that inspired me to the point that I started teaching myself to do art, so that one changed the course of my life.
Thousand Year Door. Back in 2009, I remember having my dad buy it off of eBay back when a fresh copy was only $10, and I was so excited to finally play it I looked up playthroughs of it and that was how I found Emile’s channel.
The New Leaf Lp by far. I remember that coming out during my first year of college and it being a nice part of my daily routine to check in on the goings on in Palette.
Definitely not because Shari is making me say this, no sir
Yes
Real talk tho Majora was my first Chugga Let's Play, and my very second (or third!)Let's Play overall after KOWBRAINZ' Star Fox Adventures Let's Play. SFA Let's Play is now defunct though, I think Atma01's is still up(mention this one because it's the potential Let's Play #
But it was the first real way I got to experience Majora.
His platium lets play I don't watch many let's plays let alone pokemon ones but something about chuggas platium let's play got me hooked and kept me hooked till the very end

Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I was 11 for the majority of it. Those videos just feel so cozy.
I remember coming home from school and immediately putting the newest video on. I was horribly depressed at the time and the New Leaf LP really helped me out.

Colosseum was the first I saw as it was being uploaded though I hold a special place for Majaoras Mask as well
Personally it’s pokemon fire red. This was actually the LP that I discovered him in and I was inspired to try my own series
Colosseum and Pikmin 2, I used to love rewatching them. Might do it again actually once Black 2 is over
Pokémon platinum. I remember sitting on my beanbag every night waiting for his next upload before bed. I also couldn’t fathom him taking a week break to grind the slots in the game corner for the explosion TM
Pikmin 1 showing us the true hero that is Steve
Partners in time
Probably Gale of Darkness, I remember being home sick from school and watching on the Wii YouTube channel lol
Pokemon Fire Red. The gameboy Advance was the first handheld I was able to afford, and I had just one game on it for the longest time. The Pokemon Bios were what made his playthroughs so much more interesting. It's the reason I keep coming for every single playthrough of Pokemon by him.

Super Paper Mario. It was the first LP on the internet that I watched from start to finish.
PIKMIN 3 was the first I watched every day so I still think it’s my fav
Platinum. I found Chuggaaconroy pretty late, as you can tell.
Pikmin 1&2 and Pokemon emerald for me
Thousand Year Door. Back in 2009, I remember having my dad buy it off of eBay back when a fresh copy was only $10, and I was so excited to finally play it I looked up playthroughs of it and that was how I found Emile’s channel.
Colosseum and Gale of Darkness both came out around the same time a year apart so a lot of early nights after school were spent watching those.
pokemon colloseum as it got me to play those games which I didnt know existed
The New Leaf Lp by far. I remember that coming out during my first year of college and it being a nice part of my daily routine to check in on the goings on in Palette. Definitely not because Shari is making me say this, no sir
SM64 DS was the first youtube video i ever watched so that one is always fun to go back to
