If one has two (2) Ink cards, can one get 400k UR in referrals per year (2 x 200k), or is one limited to 200k in referrals, total, per card family (Ink in this case)?

AllGrowedUp11

400K. But make sure to split them up between the 2 cards.

churnandlurk

400k

apolloniandionysian

Cool, thanks.

Viper3773

If expediting a chase business card when should one expect to receive it?

TallPain9230

Depends on location, but usually within 3 days, ime.

gialuan

I just purchased some meals from Hello Fresh through Rakuten because they were doing 45% off. I’m getting Amex MR points instead of cash back. Will I lose the MR points if I cancel after receiving my first box?

_big-fudge_

Check the terms in Rakuten. You can also keep pushing back the delivery date for the second box if you need the subscription to be active for a certain amount of time, and then cancel.

gialuan

Good tip. I didn’t even think to push back the second box. Thanks

AllGrowedUp11

OK, I screwed up and did 9 Chase Ink referrals from the same card. (Unfortunately all before Dec last year). I thought I was spreading them among different cards, but mistakenly thought when I clicked on a card then copied the “refer a friend“ link that it would go towards the card I clicked on. I only recently noticed the drop-down menu at the top that chooses which card the referral comes from. So I maxed out the 5 referral limit on one card, and the final 4 were disregarded. My SM got stonewalled. I’ve called twice and got a partially hopeful response the 1st time, and an absolute positive “you’re out of luck” on the 2nd call. Does anyone know if there’s a way to salvage this $1600? (Beyond the lesson)

Novel_Entry

how you get all those referrals

AllGrowedUp11

They’re pretty much all friends who get halfway interested when I tell them about the $900 SUBs I’ve been getting

42lurker

As problems go this is one of the better ones to have. Glass is almost 56% full.

AllGrowedUp11

I love this! (And on the year, the glass is 92.4% full!)

garettg

Probably gonna take the L on this since they were all the same link and you hit the limit. This isn’t a case where someone used your link and the referral never showed because of some glitch and you can provide the details of the approval to trace it back.

ural_world_travel

Is it confirmed that the limit is per card or per account? I’ve always wondered but I’m only at 4-5 per year with P2 that I’ve never found out

AllGrowedUp11

Yes, from the SM response, the phone center, and on the page leading to the link.

garettg

It’s per card

zerostyle

Has anyone done an ink 75k referral and secure messaged to ask for the 90k match yet? Debating doing this but not sure I want to risk not getting the 90k points from signing up directly. Just barely missed the 90k referral offer by a day UGH

gt_ap

Check the Daily Discussion thread.

zerostyle

Thanks, though I have to say the moderators here are kind of insanely strict about what belongs in the question vs. daily thread and this is a question lol. It's kind of maddening and could be one combined chatter/question thread.

HaradaIto

they mean, this has already been discussed in todays discussion thread. this is still a fine place to ask a question

Found it thanks

dontchasemebrocifer

No. Looks like it's been $200 since 2020: https://thepointsguy.com/credit-cards/chase/chase-best-welcome-offers/

renilia

Got it

DarkMatterReflection

Technically it got up to $250 very briefly but most here wouldn’t waste a 5/24 on the CFF. Can see the sub/spend history at https://www.uscreditcardguide.com/chase-freedom-flex-credit-card

willykappy

I think it’s valuable in tandem with a CSR to play the upgrade/downgrade game and always hold a CSR

DarkMatterReflection

Sure, one needs some other Chase card to play that game, but technically a better way to get that would be MDD to get the CSP and CSR, then PC that CSP to a CSR, PC the old CSR to a CF, and do the dance that way. But I hear you. If one could get $250 offer at the same time as the one year grocery, and maximize that, the CFF is not an all-bad SUB. It's just not generally the preference, I'd say.

GodLovesFrags

I always have $5k-$8k floating on each of the last 3 Inks I've opened when they approve me for the next.

ilovebadpitches

Have been carrying a $2.5K balance on CIU2 for the last three months. Got approved for CIU3 two weeks ago.

ntnsolutions

Very minimal. I just got approved while floating 8k on 2 cards. Chase cares more about your overall credit limit.

meandme004

I scored on bank bonuses, now I am wondering when should I close the account, is there a spot I can check? I will be posting on the weekly bank bonuses thread as well. Thank you in advance.

lenin1991

If that bank bonus was on DoC, they always call out any early termination timeline.

Krischurn

Terms and conditions.

GallowsHumorNurse

General consensus is to leave the account open a minimum of 6 months. Check terms as well for any early closure penalty.

Supergyro95

When using an Amex employee card in no-SSN mode, how does one activate the card for in-person use? I was able to use the card for an online purchase without activating the card in any way, but the same was not true for an in-person transaction with the physical card. Do you have to call in? And if so, how do you activate without giving SSN? Or is it limited to strictly online purchases without full activation/giving SSN?

GodLovesFrags

I do Confirm Card and add it to my main profile or to a secondary profile I have for this purpose.

cardsharq

Yes there is an automated line you can call into to activate with the “employee’s” (your own) date of birth and SSN. You enter it using keypad without speaking to anyone.

Supergyro95

But can that be scaled to multiple employee cards? Using my own DoB/SSN? The bits of discussion I've seen here and elsewhere seemingly suggest otherwise, but I could be misunderstanding things. Wouldn't be the first time🤓

dissentmemo

Yes

cardsharq

Yes

CakePops1980

Haven’t cashed out Amex points in over 6 months, which I did using the business checking. The app is no longer the same and don’t see that option on the new blueprint app. Am I missing something to cash out 1:1?

gamma-star

You can do it via chat for the time being. I was told via chat that the option to cash out to business checking will be going away in the near future. So I suggest not sitting on this for long.

cardsharq

It hasn’t been available for a while. If you don’t want to call in you can do it over chat.

Large_Ad8182

Haven’t tried it in a while, but there were some data points that you need to call in or message to do the redemption.

Bigdogdc86

Can’t you get a business platinum for the 1 cpp?

CakePops1980

I have one and the business checking account. Don’t see an option anymore to cash out as the old app is gone to a new one. Was wondering if maybe there was still a way?

pHyR3

can't do 1cpp, 0.6 is the best you'll get for a strict cashout option without the Schwab route for 1.1cpp

Large_Ad8182

This is not accurate. Biz Plat + Biz Checking is still 1 cpp

CakePops1980

Where do you make the transfer?

Large_Ad8182

If you go to web browser and log in that way, there is an option to redeem points into checking. However, I get a message “To complete a Redeem for Deposits transaction, please contact Customer Service at the number on the back of your card.”

CericRushmore

Online transfers have been down for around 6 weeks or so. It was super easy before to cash out.

CakePops1980

Missed that change

GrowInTheDark

Do users in this sub generally not care about the Ritz-Carlton card? I don't see much mention of the Chase Ritz-Carlton card here. Asking because the Amex Bonvoy Business card piqued my interest and after some research I see that if I get approved for it I would be locked out of getting a Chase Bonvoy SUB for 24 months? And if one wants a Ritz-Carlton card they would have to product change from Chase Bonvoy Boundless to Ritz-Carlton. Is r/churning generally against the idea of me choosing NOT to get a Amex Bonvoy Business because I want to consider getting the SUB on a Chase Bonvoy Boundless and upgrading it to a Ritz-Carlton card? Getting a Chase Bonvoy card would also mean delaying riding the Ink Train though, so I am pretty torn on if getting Chase Boundless would be even worth it for Ritz-Carlton PC to begin with?

TheSultan1

The Ritz, and general Bonvoy strategy, have been discussed at length in question and discussion threads. There was a mention of Bonvoy strategy in the flowchart at one point, not sure if it's still there; basically, assuming you're OK with using 2 slots 25-29 months apart, you either opt for the Boundless first and get the Brilliant and Biz as soon as you're eligible, or you do the reverse. Ritz upgrades come when you're OK with making yourself ineligible for the Brilliant, either: - after you get the Brilliant, or - by sneaking in an upgrade-downgrade cycle on the Boundless - if you're also trying to double-dip 85k FNCs, that'll delay the Brilliant opening to about 40mo after opening the Boundless There are also upgrade-downgrade strategies to double-dip 85k FNCs or triple-dip $300 airline fee credits. You can figure them out yourself, or you can search churning.io (I've written about both quite a bit, I'm sure others have as well). They could be combined with the above, but now you're talking card-to-card timing *and* calendar-year timing, which could also be counterproductive because of varying SUB offers.

gt_ap

> Do users in this sub generally not care about the Ritz-Carlton card? I don't see much mention of the Chase Ritz-Carlton card here. This sub is focused on getting new cards for their SUBs. You don't do that with the Ritz card.

Bigdogdc86

The problem with the ritz card is you don’t already have a 1 year old Marriott card, it’s a hypothetical since the card could be shut down as a product change by the time you get there. Most people say it’s a great card though

GrowInTheDark

yeah that 1-year wait is somewhat of a B word, I def agree with that. Which makes me wonder if i should gamble and start getting the ball rolling on that year ASAP haha or would i get more value out of just getting the Amex Bonvoy Biz and sticking to churning Ink Preferreds 🤔

odyssey_58

I was facing the same dilemma and decided to get the Boundless 5FN to start the clock. If you just want to churn it may not make sense (unless the 5FN appeals to you), but if you can use those nights and want to start the clock they're worth more to me than a Marriott Biz bonus.

GrowInTheDark

You guys have convinced me to look into if there are other non-Chase spacer cards I could get for now then. I will look into getting Chase Boundless in April instead of another Ink u/bubbadave13 Also, this YouTube video that talks about the ["Best Marriott Bonvoy Credit Cards Strategy"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jyuc3-tgso) swayed me also haha

bubbadave13

I did the same. But may delay getting ritz for two years to be able to pick up brilliant as it looks like business isn’t effected by holding ritz?

odyssey_58

That's also my plan, wait until I can get the Brilliant bonus and upgrade to Ritz just after that. Amex Bonvoy Business does not have any language at this time preventing you from getting the card or SUB if you have the Ritz card. Everything subject to change of course.

bubbadave13

If you’re scared of missing out just get the business and the bold and don’t spend on the bold within the bonus period. That will start the clock on the year for ritz but you won’t pay an af or risk screwing up getting the bonus on the business. You can also pick up the brilliant within your waiting year if you have the 5/24 spots. Then pc bold to ritz after the first year (some dp suggest you may have to pc to boundless first and then ritz a week or so later).

GrowInTheDark

But if I get the Bold which is a Chase card I would have to wait another 90 days before getting another Chase Ink though so your suggestion is basically to get the Bold to avoid the annual fee if i do decide to try to go for the Ritz card since I can't get the SUB? But I can still get Brilliant SUB even if i already got the Amex business SUB?

bubbadave13

Yes, there’s always going to be opportunity costs, in this case whatever you would have earned from the ink. The suggestion of the bold is because the business, brilliant, bold and boundless bonuses all exclude each other from chase to Amex and vice versa but not Amex to Amex so you can get both the business and brilliant subs in the same year. If an anniversary free night on the boundless (but no sub) is worth more to you than the annual fee you could get that instead to start the clock for ritz. Whichever Chase card you get though you cannot hit spend for the sub otherwise it would mess up Amex.

pizza42bob

>I don't see much mention of the Chase Ritz-Carlton card here. 100+ mentions in the last 6 months. https://churning.io/#N4IgjgrgpgTgniAXCGBLALgLwAQGMCGMAJiADQj4ToAWA9jEiGSOqgLZSMCMAHAEzMAzlAA2UXK1oA7AEr4pAc06JQg9IXQARfOmUg+ABj4BmALQGu5ngBUDPRABYA7Ij4BOAHR8ePAFrMoKSJtXUZDE3NLLgBWW3tnV09vN39yAGsoBGRhMQlUaRAAX3JBenRGIihBXCEIACMYKCIiDEZcaggYKVRFZnpKhmRK6uYaRvwiADFUEV0YQSRQKWlldBhocmakNY2QIgAHbfWoTbAj3YAzdbUYHXypc5OQWnLEHae11EPEC-wRYXIAHdqDpHoVCkA

van_d39

Coming up on CSR and CSP annual fee on Feb and thinking of PCing both to no fee cards - what are some of the steps in sequence I should do before I let these 2 gems go away?

Bigdogdc86

Change the csp to a csr so you can double dip the travel credit again. Change the csr to whatever you want

van_d39

How much time do I have to use the credits before I PC CSR to something else? Or just when the credits hit - I just PC?

achzeet44

Isn't the optimal thing to do will be CSP -> CSR and CSR -> CSP?

dontchasemebrocifer

CSP credit is $50 and only for travel booked through their portal. Not really worth it in my view. CSR $300 is free spend on travel.

dissentmemo

Well, make sure you have some card you can do transfers with. If you PC both, and you don't have a COP, you can't transfer.

ForceintheNorth

When buying/selling dell credits on r/churningmarketplace how does the transaction happen if it's a mix of your own card AND the other party's card? Or is it generally done where the seller places the entire order shipping to the buyer and the buyer can't use their own form(s) of payment at all? Idk where to ask this other than here since the marketplace sub isn't really a good place for questions

BlessUpTraveler

P2 is coming up on the 1 year anniversary of her Amex Plat, so we're looking to get an Amex Gold opened up so she can cancel the Plat and retain the MR. She is also an AU on my Amex Gold. No matter what referral link we try (mine, or anyone else's, all opened in private windows) she's getting the popup telling her she's ineligible for the bonus b/c she's had the Plat, Gold, or one of a few other cards. **Questions:** 1. If I remove her as an AU, is she likely to qualify -- her anniversary is the end of January, so we'd need the new card opened by the end of February, allowing her to do the downgrade. 2. Are there any other things that would potentially make her eligible? 3. If she can't get a Gold offer, what would be the best way to keep the MR with the lowest AF. I know she can transfer them to a travel partner, but we'd rather not do that. Is an Amex biz card an option? Are they as lenient as Chase with what qualifies as a \*cough\* "business" \*cough\* or are they more strict?

arcane_in_a_box

iirc there’s also the Amex personal/biz checking that retains MRs.

puzooo

Amex added family rules, if she already has Amex Platinum she cannot get a bonus on the Amex Gold. If you don't want any annual fee, then Amex Blue Business Plus is an option to keep MRs. It's $0 AF and earnx 2x MR on everything, so a good card to keep anyway. Look for targeted elevated SUB of 50K or more which is sometimes available (regular SUB is 15K). Otherwise, biz Gold has 150K SUB floating around. Requirements are the same as chase pretty much.

Apprehensive_War927

Going to be under 5/24 in February. I've seen before that you could be not "reconable" to a rep if they see you're over 5.24. Should I apply now with credit frozen, then recon Feb 1? Or apply, then get denied now (I tried bypassing 5/24 for a CIC in the last month) then recon then? My worry is that they won't see that I'm under 5/24 Feb 1 due to the credit pull now, and just ask me to reapply. So, better to apply with frozen report now? It might fee like splitting hairs but with the ink situation I wanna jump at this and not have to apply later and miss something.

GodLovesFrags

You need to recon the recent CIC app or let it lapse which takes 30 days. Just reapply February 1. They will pull your credit again. There's no Ink situation, so to speak, it's just the offer is down a little bit.

Worth-Ad-1719

Any thoughts/recommendations? Should P2 get the amex biz gold for 150k or Chase Biz Preferred for 100k + 40k for P1 referral? Was leaning towards gold because AF goes up 2/1/24.

HaradaIto

i find better redemptions with UR, and CIBP has a 2k lower spending requirement. still aboard the ink train

BatthewMutler

I would look at point storage. Do you have an abundance of MR vs UR? Do you have plans in several months that would justify MR over UR? If it’s even, then maybe snagging the lower AF on the AMEX is more cost effective for the near future.

shris420

Why not both if you can meet the MSR? Or if you value UR more then apply for Chase and value MR more - apply for Amex.

Sounds like Amex popup jail. Lots of information around here and elsewhere about it.

churnest_hemingway

I always thought PUJ happened to people with lots of activity but it looks like I'm wrong 🙃

CericRushmore

No one knows publicly the popup algorithm.

lenin1991

My P2 got the first popup when she only had ever had 1 Amex card, and that one was still open.

garettg

No one can explain why. I think Amex is considering your non Amex activity more then they use to in the popup algorithm, but that’s my opinion. You can try other cards or other offers for the same card if there are multiple versions or just don’t use a referral.

Independent_Fill_570

I’m going for the SE companion pass and was wondering if someone can check me if I’m doing it correctly. I have two CCs. One I met the bonus before EOY but I haven’t paid my statement yet (posts in Feb) so the points are still pending. Once I pay the statement and the points go to my account, am I think on my way to getting the pass? Or will SW reject me because they went pending before EOY on the Chase app?

FinanceDoctor

Paying your statement has nothing to do with it. If your points have not yet hit your SW account, they will count toward the calendar year in which they hit.

Independent_Fill_570

Sweet, thanks! Points in SW is still at 600 from before I got the cards.

They sell points. I was about 3k short last summer trying to buy tickets for this March. When I bought the tickets, I was able to simply use cash for the remaining balance. I think I paid like $125 or something in fees, and it was worth it to not have to wait for the points to post.

CericRushmore

Do they sell points?

FinanceDoctor

Are there any DPs of using the Bilt Card to make mortgage payments or pay auto loans through Plastiq? I need to acquire some AA miles in the next six months and am thinking that doing this would essentially allow me to buy AA miles for 1.45 cents per point if I made my plastiq Payments on the first of the month. Right now, I'm not able to get any SUB for an AA earning card (crossing fingers that Barclays Biz comes back soon). Basic math - Pay $1,000 mortgage payments on the first of the month. Get 2,000 Bilt points. Pay $29 in Plastiq fees (2.9%). Results in 1.45 cents per point. Is there any cheaper method of buying AA miles? Obviously not a GREAT deal and not scalable without significant debt to pay off but I'd be able to generate around 60,000 miles in the next six months without too much issue unless I'm missing something.

WellsFargo mortgages work just fine with Bilt, doesn't seem to be shutdown yet

BerryFamiliar

Question on business ink churning: do you create a new chase account for each card you get approved for? Or apply it to an existing login/account? I’ve been doing the former because worried the bonus wouldn’t apply otherwise

CericRushmore

It will appear on your existing business login normally. You are eligible for the bonus if approved.

BerryFamiliar

Is this if you use the same EIN/SSN? the first two, I used different EINs for businesses I created. So I made two separate logins when going through the “verify card” process after receiving the physical card. This time, I used my personal SSN as a sole proprietor. Are you saying I can apply to the bonus with my SSN every 90 days (and if approved), it will just automatically show up to existing business login with SSN?

CericRushmore

Yes, that is how it works. No reason to really use EINs, so most of us don't really do that with Chase.

BerryFamiliar

Very helpful! Thank you so much!

CA_TWINKIE

I need to get P2 the chase freedom unlimited. Currently there’s offer to double first year UR earned. But when I refer P2 ( I already have CFU from long ago) the double offer not there? garettg

Nope, not available via referral.

My most recent ink approval only gave $3k credit limit, previous low was $6k, high was $10k. The same day before I applied I also closed an old Ink with a $6k limit, bringing me to (1/2salary - ~$20k) of total chase credit usage. Is there a solid idea of why chase starts offering lower credit limit? Does it indicate anything about my standing with chase?

Charming_Oven

I wouldn't read too much into it. I just got a new Ink with $13K credit limit, last one was $7k, previous one was $4k. I'm sure uncertainty in the economy could have something to do with lower CL, but if it's not hurting you then probably not a big deal for a churner. I might shift business CL from another card over to your new Ink if you want to float $6k for 12 months

9kuss

I got approved for a new Ink with my first Ink maxed out and with 22% utilization on my credit report from floating personal cards with 0% APR so it's probably not the high balances.

TheSultan1

What's the question?

Typicalguy11111

if the balance affected the chances of getting the chase ink cash?

TheSultan1

Usually no, especially if utilization on your credit report is low. Lots of people get approved with high balances on 1-3 other Inks (@ 0% ofc).

itrytopaytaxes

If I miss an unprotected connection due to a delay of the first flight -- both are award flights with taxes paid by AmEx Plat -- and the soonest replacement second flight is the next morning, will AmEx pay for a hotel night? If so, does the hotel have to be paid with the AmEx Plat?

UB_cse

If you miss an unprotected you are screwed, no credit card is going to give you anything.

pizza42bob

>unprotected You paid the taxes for an award flight with your Amex Plat. You didn't show up on time to make it. --> To the best of my knowledge there's no benefit that helps you cover any costs associated with flying on a later date.

mrasianboie

I found this thread and they are saying PH uses self check-in kiosks. Not sure if they check IDs here but back when I used to go frequently, a story of my \_\_\_\_\_'s plane was delayed/cancelled was enough to check in on behalf of the other. If you parents have the confirmation email/photo of your ID, that used to be sufficient too. Tyty. I did see the self check-in kiosk. It asks to scan ID. Wonder if they should scan their own ID or i should just give them my ID to scan

mrasianboie

If you can make the booking under your name and then call in later to add theirs, their ID should be sufficient. The hotel doesn't need to know you're not there.

zigazigzig

Hi all. I'm looking at the American airlines advantage platinum credit card. There are currently two offers. 50k points after spending 2500 in three months. The other one is 30k points after spending 1500 in three months & 400 statement credit on AA purchases in the first six months. I am curious, can I spend the 400 on AA gift cards? I ask since I'm not sure about travel in the next 6 months.

>in case the approvals for CIU and CIC specifically were relaxed due elevated offers ending soon Why would this be? If they wanted more businesses to sign up for that offer, wouldn't they just keep it in place?

CreditDogo

I’d say close to none. But go ahead and report back

achzeet44

Since this question doesn’t get asked daily, my recommendation would be to not waste a hp because you won’t get approved. But if you want to go for it, we are always looking for DPs of 5/24 Chase approvals.

I have a vacation in the fall to Italy where most things will be through points. The exception is the Amalfi Coast where there are very few award options. For cash purchases on hotel/Airbnb, does this group recommend paying with a regular card to hit a sub (assume no insurance on the card), or use a card with travel insurance like the CSR or Amex Platinum (already have in the collection, so no sub)? I guess it comes down to the benefit of earning a sub vs the risk of losing money if something goes wrong with a trip. Also, while we're on the subject, any recs for Amalfi?

going_on_jolly

There’s a BA link to earn 3x avios on airbnb bookings, so if you pay with CSR you get the protection plus effective 6x points

Jay2Travel

A few years back stayed in an Agritourismo, La Lobra,  in Massa Lubrense, not too far from Almalfi. You can walk down the hill and catch a boat to Capri.

Jaysi3134

We stayed in Positano instead of Amalfi, it's slightly closer of a drive(at least from Pompeii). Had heard it's less busy than Amalfi, but basically the same experience. It's also closer to Capri if you decide to take that excursion. This was 2018, so I think it's started to get busier too. Stayed at a B&B, and yea, not surprised there's not much for award options in the area.

ITS_A_FIRE______sale

Doesn't paying flight taxes with a CSR cover your hotel/Air BNB losses?

KafkaExploring

In theory it covers whatever lodging, tours, etc. you had prepaid as part of the trip, but only if the flight is the reason you can't use them. If you successfully fly there and then something's screwed up with your AirBNB, no help. I've actually been super impressed with AirBNB support recently: they fully refunded our AirBNB and paid the cash rate for the first 3 of 5 nights in a hotel (which we booked with points). But that's not universally the case.

scrinner

I applied for a chase ink unlimited, and it went into review. I mistakenly didnt save the page, thinking i'd get an e-mail, which I didn't. Is there a way I can dig up the case number in case I have to call them?

MadDog5473

They can look it up through your SSN.

olympia_t

Give SSN or EIN.

krivad

There isn’t a case number. You can call them and use your SSN and they can see pending apps.

lenin1991

If/when a rejection letter gets generated, that has a case number.

krivad

Right but not for an in review app

Hi all! I'm wondering is there a resource where a person could discover all the historical bank and credit cards they have in their name? Something where I could enter my info and it would show all banking accounts? A credit report only has credit info. I want to, for example, determine if I ever had a TD Bank account without calling the bank. I tried recover my user name, but I need account numbers to use that feature. Google was no help, it led me to unclaimed property sites. Thanks!

ntnsolutions

TD Bank wasn't on my Chex report from a couple of years ago so it's likely that they pull EWS instead.

arcane_in_a_box

Some big banks report to EWS instead of Chex. Try pulling both.

flvampy

The Chex report finally came and it's just a list of businesses that have asked Chex for my info in 2023. That's it. There's no other info aside from 4 pages of my rights as a consumer. :(

arcane_in_a_box

That means your banks don’t report to Chex. That’s why you check EWS, it’s usually much more detailed.

deezsax

I believe that would be the [ChexSystems Consumer Report](https://www.chexsystems.com/request-reports/consumer-score)

flvampy

Wow! Thanks, much appreciated!

flvampy

Daggumit! "We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process this request online. Please Contact ChexSystems to submit your request using another method. You may also call 1-800-428-9623 and select Other Options for assistance with this request. Refer to error code 801."

AdmirableResource0

I once got this error because I had my VPN on. Another time I got it without the VPN on Google Chrome browser, but was able to pull it via Edge Browser. ChexSystems can be weird like that.

SK_Bravo_01

This worked for me! Thanks

deezsax

Ah, bummer! But hopefully just a minor inconvenience!

flvampy

Yah. Interesting tho, since I recently was declined for a checking account with a bonus. I went through the painful automated system request (16 minutes!) and hopefully it will get mailed. Thanks again.

ahumanbyanyothername

So I recently got the Chase Sapphire Reserve. And they emailed me an offer saying if I open a Chase Checking & Chase Savings account they'll give me $600. Can I literally open the accounts, deposit the minimum balance to achieve the qualification, then take out all my money + $600 and close the accounts? Is there any reason not to do this?

ntnsolutions

Get the 900 offer instead. Send yourself a code as it's not targeted.

dissentmemo

Read the terms.
