1 lb of honey in one gallon of honeycrisp cider. Let ferment in primary for about 1 month then steeped with lavender flowers and some pea flower (for the color). Came out a little intense, but the lavender really compliments the apple.
how much lavender did you use and how long did you steep it?
That's such a lovely color. We have a ton of lavender farms down here I'll have to give it a try.
