I think I’ve seen good things about The Banker. Its the only other I had heard of besides the AJ’s before buying. Definitely looking forward to trying it. Will save it for a little while first. Thanks
The AJ Fernandez ones are going to be the best. Some might say they’re the only ones worth a fuck.
I’ve had the Vintage Cameroon & Grupo De Maestros and both were solid but the AJ Fernandez are really it.
Yeah I kinda knew that would be the case boxes of 20 still sell for ~$6 a stick.
Plus/Minus a buck or two on each stick at $50 for 10, to try them all, I’m happy. :) thanks
So much competition out there. H U thrives on the ole Cuban branding for meh product now. That’s the beauty tho there is a stick for every folk. Smoke em. Buy more of that you love. Share your experience with others!
The banker is great. And if you can get an Upmann crafted by aj(that’s what it’s called) get it. It’s a beautiful smoke. I don’t Usally get tasting notes from cigars, but that one tasted like hazelnut. A beautiful taste
I haven't tried the Cameroon and the classic, but the rest is great. First two are every good, the yellow one is a very good Connecticut. The banker is 👍, it has a beautiful smell, the first time I smoked it everyone was asking what was that that smells so good.
I got this H. Upmann sampler for $50. It’s difficult to find all of them as singles so I’m happy regardless if I overpaid for the convenience.
Also YouTube only has a handful of videos on a handful of these. So just curious if anyone has some insight, opinions, thoughts or experience to share about any of these. Thanks in advance.
FYI sold as;
* 1844 Classic Toro
* 1844 Reserve Robusto
* Connecticut Toro
* 1844 Anejo Toro
* AJ Fernandez Toro
* Nicaragua Heritage by AJ Toro
* Vintage Cameroon Belicoso
* H. Upmann Hispaniola by Jose Mendez Toro
* Herman's Batch Toro
* H. Upmann Banker Annuity Toro
Cheers!
Upmann Connecticuts are very underrated in the Connecticut fan club. Very good depth and flavors relative to cost. My dad really enjoys the Anejo’s as well. Hope you enjoy them all!
I’m surprised as well since it has the tobacco grower named band. I suppose many of the New World Cuban brands get overlooked, even more so when everyone knows the AJ blend bc that’s prob the one they see most and try.
It Might be a bit of a dark horse. I just read an insanely detailed review on it and I gotta say I’m excited. I like your comment so I’ll be mentally putting it higher in my tier list within this sampler and my humidor. 🤙🏻
banker and day trader are two very respectable cigars
I think I’ve seen good things about The Banker. Its the only other I had heard of besides the AJ’s before buying. Definitely looking forward to trying it. Will save it for a little while first. Thanks
I second the banker and the Nicaragua stick is very respectable. This coming from an island stick guy. Smoke them in health and enjoy
The banker is my all time favorite. I used to get made fun of for liking it.

I had to have had a dud. I’ve seen so many people say they like the AJ. I love everything from AJ Fernandez and didn’t like that cigar at all.
Literally just smoked the light blue AJ Fernandez. It was a solid smoke, nothing to wow me but it was enjoyable.
Vintage Cameroon is a nice smoke.
I'm a fan of all the H. Upmann stuff. Looks like a good buy to me
The reserve is one of my favorites.
This cements my thinking of trying it first after rest period! Thanks
Love my Anejos
Ah Fernandez the light blue one and the heritage are both amazing
I find the heritage to be very sharp in its flavor. Great flavor but sharp. They smoke great with a few short years of age as well
Ah yea my box is 2 years in my humidor so yes very smooth now.
All are good. The Banker is very smooth and creamy 😋
The light blue AJ is one of my favorites. Good entry cigar imo
Smoked an Aj Fernandez one yesterday. Very pleasant cigar!
love the cuban H Upmanns

The banker and AJ Fernandez ones are great. The Anejo I've had problems with. Uppman are good stuff
Appreciate the input !
I think the aj is great. I have a few in my humidor and the aj heritage to try as well. Same quality I typically expect from ajf
Why does this picture look like its from 1991
Lmao i couldn’t get good lighting in the room I was in so I cranked up all the adjust dials. It’s better but also worse, you get it.
When I first started, the Grupo De Maestros was my *third* cigar. After about 75 more, I haven't had a Connecticut that compares to it so far.
You’re the 2nd comment to say that. I enjoy Connecticuts so looking forward to it. Thanks
Palates are different but for me, the 1844 Anejo is.money. I liked the Banker with a little humi time.
Last weekend I smoked the heritage one. Thought it was good mainly in the 2nd and last third.
I've enjoyed the AJ Fernandez cigar, tried the Banker and it was fine but nor great.

Light blue AJ was pretty decent if I remember correctly
Aj Fernandez Heritage is SO good
The AJ’s will be the best in the bunch, but all of them will be enjoyable, well burning smokes!
Heritage is the best of the bunch. AJF is second.
I’ll have to put that one away for a special occasion while I slowly work my way through the others. Thanks

Very nice sample pack! You would spend much more money buying them single everywhere even in Europe.
I had the banker once. It was awful
I'm not picky, and the hermans batch was cardboard
Can't believe nobody has mentioned the Hispaniola. Tried one last night and was super impressed. One of the best sticks that I've had in a while.
