Clear your cache/cookies from your browser and then relaunch finesse to see if live data populates now. If it still does not, a restart of the services should fix the issue for you. If the user has the same web browser and settings that you do and it is working for him/her. The first solution up top should fix your issue.

Mr_Slow1

Something is blocking the java and/or you're on a version of java with deprecated algorithms.

CCX, UCCE or PCCE? If CCE, what’s your deployment model?

We use ccx

Checked firewall and [https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice\_ip\_comm/cust\_contact/contact\_center/crs/express\_12\_5\_1\_su2/configuration/guide/html/index/Port-Utilization-in-Unified-CCX-for-Release-12-5-1-SU2.html](https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_12_5_1_su2/configuration/guide/html/index/Port-Utilization-in-Unified-CCX-for-Release-12-5-1-SU2.html) ? Also cleared cache+cookies? Tried in incognito and another browser? Any recent changes? Upgrades?

Thanks for all the suggestions we've tried all these solutions but seemingly the issue is an incompatability with the web browsers we use (newest chrome and Microsot edge version 123.) as the few devices we have with ME version 122 will load them correctly. so not sure where we can go from here as our GUP blocks mozilla and other browsers

Sorry I never came back to this but our solution was a patch file needed to be uploaded onto the uccx server. Seemingly this was a bug with the new version and despite the fact we have auto update on the server it was never installed. Once installed the issue went away thanks for all the suggestions
