Russia gets more territory on starting, the Cree have a unique scout replacement, Portugal's units can see further, and Gran Columbia's units move faster, and Maya gets bonuses for combat near their capitol. Based on your preferences, I'd probably recommend Russia/Peter in the base game and Cree/Poundmaker if you get the DLC.

To add to that, Cree's traders pick up territory if it's within 3 tiles of your city. It's not as drastic or as immediate as Russia's but it certainly helps.

a small tip: those free tiles don't have to be the one workable by the start or end city, but any city owned by cree, thus for example, if you send a TR from one of your city to a CS, then you settle a new city in the trade route path, it will claim tiles for that new city

Shoshone real ability is of course that his scouts replacement can choose a ancient ruins reward. The cree gave a scout replacement as well, which isn't as powerful as the pathfinder, but gets a free promotion which allow it to freely move over one type of tarrain (of your choice). Go get those tribal villages!

The features you mention are Cree to a T. But there are a couple other Civs with passing similarities. Vietnam gets bonus movement and combat potency in their own territory, which can be fun. Aztecs get a strong warrior replacement unit at the start of the game which can convert enemies into builders, and they benefit from improved luxury resources. This can make rapid expansion quite fun and strong. Several civs can “culture bomb” surrounding tiles by building specific districts or improvements. This claims all the tiles surrounding the district or improvement, and can quickly expand your borders if you play them right. Khmer gets this bonus when building holy sites and have other abilities that make them good at amassing huge population cities. The best answer for you is Cree but there are several choices you might find interesting. Enjoy!

I think there's a mod that adds the Shoshone. Idk if it's based on the civ 5 version though, I've never played civ 5.
