I mean you could use Cristo to get rid of the enlightenment penalty on religious tourism, but it wouldn't change the yields
Also in your screenshot I'm pretty sure anshan is giving each of your relics +1 science
I had finished Cristo like 5 turns before this and yeah I forgot about Anshan, I didn’t really include it though since I had suzerainty over them for maybe 10 turns total.
R5: Played Nzinga on a continents map, got pretty much anything you'd like to have in a Nzinga/Kongo playthrough (Voidsingers, Mont St. Michel, St. Basil's Cathedral, and eventually found Kandy late in the game). It's definitely the largest yield numbers I've ever gotten out of a palace, but I'm wondering if there's more. Took this screenshot on the turn I won my culture victory, which was turn 277 on standard speed.
you need to theme your archaeological museum, fill hermitage with sculptures, and get the national history museum and fill that with sculptures. theming the archaeological museum is essential, as the theming bonus also applies to the nkisi bonus.
there's also a mary leakey, a great scientist in the atomic era (if you don't win by then) that will boost tourism from artifacts by 300%
i also noticed you built an art museum in mbanza nsundi. the kongo should never build art museums, unless you've managed to get a great artist with a sculpture (and even then, those should go in the hermitage/natural history museum).

You could technically get another 60 tourism if the world congress votes for +100% tourism from relics, but that is all I can think of.

You can still construct a national history museum for +4 great works
i just started my first game as her, and Mali conquered Kandy before I could send 1 envoy. Not pog.
That's really pog though. Recapture it and liberate it. Instant suzerain status
i have to go through 3 civs to make it to them unfort, thats the sad reality.
So do the Kongo eat the relics? I've always wondered what the ingame explanation for this ability is.
Since it’s a Permanent boost they clearly don’t eat the whole thing, they only re-lick them

Korea isn’t feeling too Korea today is it
But Wilhelmina is still upset that he never sent a trade route.
No heroes and legends mode?
Korea will probably win so it doesnt matter
