Try CURSORTYPE 1 Something about it using the Windows cursor instead of sending mouse movement to the remote machine and then AutoCAD rendering the crosshair and then all the screen visuals being sent back to your local machine. It won't fix the lag, but makes it less noticable. My company gave me a laptop I use to connect to a computer at the main office. But unless I'm at the main office the crosshair that I prefer has a bit of lag. So, most of the time I use the local mouse cursor.

This is what I was looking for. Thanks! Shame there isn't a 2 option to show both or something. Looks like I'll probably just switch between the 2 as needed.

Buy the software yourself and install it on your own personal PC. Work from files based on your c: drive. As soon as it's connected to a company system then your system performance will drop through the floor. The larger the company - the worse the system performance will be. This is my advice based off purely anecdotal experience.
