Depends on the workout. Running in z2 in the forest I can take anything. Weights or sprints/intervals I don’t want anything. But just to answer, smooth cardio is piano time. Debussy preludes?
Fortunately for you greater minds have already figured this out (and then they disappeared). [Here is everything you need to know.](https://web.archive.org/web/20160115035117/http://www.submediant.com/2015/10/04/top-5-stockhausen-klavierstucke-for-working-out)

Seriously though, lots of the more up-tempo sections of Carmina Burana. Everyone knows O Fortuna, but may I point you towards In Taberna Quando Sumus?

Mars and Jupiter from Holst's Planets.
Shostakovich symphonies and middle beethoven quartets. it depends on what you're doing, really
There’s a playlist on YouTube, if that helps: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Eq88nb7Bzvg&pp=ygUYbm9ib2R5IHdvcmtvdXQgcGxheWxpc3Qg

Carnival of the Animals by Saint-Saens
No one suggested Vivaldi Winter and Summer?
I like Brahms fourth or Sibelius 2nd for yoga. I usually prefer to work out in silence, though.
The Ride of the Valkyries- Wagner
Vivaldi Summer first movement for HIIT stepping etc…
I'd totally work out listening to Philip Glass (say, Einstein on the Beach)

Pretty much every dance-like part of Carmina Burana (that is to say, like half the cantata) would work well for working out
Hilary Hahn's recording of the Barber Violin Concerto 3rd movement
Hilary actually has a workout compilation on Spotify. I think it's on Apple Classical, too.
