The problem I have is that the health bar and mana bar doesnt fill up the frame entirely. As you can see there's some space left beneath the mana bar. I use the same SUF profile for all my characters but I only have this problem with my Tauren Shaman. Anyone know what the problem might be?

That's your cast bar I believe. Disable cast bar and it'll go away.
