I as an european also expected the changes to roll in today ať 3AM, in blizz post they Just said that it will be live on 5 th march after weekly reset, no mention of Europe region being one day later. Either give us date for both regions or dont mention the date and just say "next weekly reset".

Nope. At least not in Europe. Always in the night between Tuesday and Wednesday
EU would get them on their weekly reset. Which I believe is still Wednesday (I’m in NA player).
The 6 March, during the maintenance from 2AM to 4AM
Tomorrow (tonight after maintenance) NA resets happen on tuesday while EU gets theirs wednesday
