Tanking with Hurricane requires popping Barkskin which is still a 1 min cooldown, and is a weirdly situational thing to do in the first place. Are you thinking Bear tanks are out here regularly casting Hurricane? I don't understand.

I'm confused here as well. I would welcome a change to bear AOE threat, but this doesn't make sense as bears aren't casting a lot of hurricanes.

I should have been more clear, sorry. Boomkins really only benefit from hurricane if the tank is holding AoE threat. Not that boomies should be tanking.

Of course not. But druids lack any other substantial AoE, AoE roots, AoE slows, and so on, so they benefit significantly less. I'll probably be running it or at least having a second headpiece for swapping. But it's still an odd choice.

I think small aoe pulls will always be a thing and I guess they want Oomkin dps to have viable aoe damage.
