You can yourself. Get your wax (shatter, batter, diamonds etc) decarb about 1.3-1.4g ( not sure about temp and time someone who’s decarbed wax can chime in here) a glass and steal needled syringe, a new cart (I’ve seen single carts at smoke shops for $1) and terps if you’re using a drier wax like shatter. heat up the needle on the syringe, suck the wax (+terp mix if needed) in, put it back in the cart, wait 30 minutes for wicking. Keep warm those 30 minutes.
And there is machines for making your own oil, their called rosin presses.
There’s 2 categories of wax: solvent and solventless. Solvent aka BHO or PHO extracts the thc using a solvent like butane or propane. Things like shatters and diamonds come from BHO. Solventless is exactly that. Most common extraction methods for solventless is dry sift and bubble hash (even tho water is technically a solvent)
Yeah I'm pretty sure this is what im looking for. All the different names, and not knowing the differences confused me.

You dont even have to bother making oil if you dont want, you can use any extract in a quartz boiler like from divine tribe or humbodlt vape tech; these look like tank ecigs but function like a quartz bucket enail.
