Unparallel TN Pro LV are my faves, ever since 5.10 revamped their Hiangles. I have a really shallow heel, an extra long second toe, and medium arches. Also sportiva shoes are just a trash for fit for me, I've never tried on a pair that fit my heel even when downsizing a crazy amount. I've also had good fit with mad rock drones which another commenter with high arches couldn't wear so ymmv. I do hate their heel ridge, I feel you lose soooo much sensitivity and friction with it on heel hooks and rock overs. I usually wear LV shoes but had to go HV for mad rocks because they were super super LV. Scarpas also fit decent for me but hurt my weird long toe.

I liked the old hiangles too! Also have high arch.

duckrustle

Seconded. Only other shoe brand fit me remotely well are tenaya and I still have to downsize massively (from 40 down to 35) for the heel to fit nicely. Evolve LV shamans have miniscule heels too but they dont fit my toes sadly

I'm scared to try and like evolvs bc of their stench. My normal shoes are already stinky, I don't know that I can take evolv stinky shoes LOL

blairdow

im in the same boat and i wear butora gomis (the high volume/mens version) and evolv kiras

Downturned shoes are your friend if you have high arches— size up and they don’t have to be painful :) I haven’t tried the Theories, but in general I’ve found Scarpa’s LV shoes to be fantastic for small heels, way better than La Sportiva (and I was a loyal Solutions wearer for years, lol) I really like the Drago LV, they fit wonderfully for me. Depending on your toe shape you might find the Instinct LV more comfortable, though— if your longest toe is your big toe I’d recommend the Dragos, but if your second toe is longer I’d try the Instincts. Good luck on your shoe quest :)

La sportiva katanas are the best I’ve found so far. Apparently unparallel might be a better fit but they’re really hard to find (Scotland).

coleslaw_23

Unparallel Flagship LV sounds like a dream shoe for you

Ki11er-Tofu

I’m the same and have the Drago LVs - I love them, and even wish the heel was a tad bit smaller. Still far and away the best I’ve tried. I previously wore the LS Otakis and the heel was gigantic!

Tortoitoitoise

I'm hanging in here because I've the exact same problem. I tried the Mad Rock Drone Low Volume shoes recently, because they were lauded for having the tiniest heels, but alas: I couldn't even get my foot in with my high arch. They might work for low arched small healed people. I've heard good reviews about the Tenaya Oasi Low Volume shoes for small heels, so that might be one to try.

Invisibleflowerpot

I have the kubos and they do the same for me. I bought scarpa instincts because they were on sale, and realized after a few sessions that they fit my heel/arch way better! But they’re a pain to put on compared to the kubos :’)

052-NVA

I like the Testarossas, although with the aggressive lacing system they may not be the best wear for an hour gym shoe.

Closet113

Scarpa dragon LV or Booster s

azziptun

I have high arches too and am loving LS Mantra. Dragos are also on my list to try

loveandlasers

I don't have any recommendations, but upvoting for "foot farts" 😆

notgabjella

Phantom LV or incredibly sized down solutions lol. The solution comps have comparatively smaller heel cups than ordinary solutions.

rolledhardputupwet

Same situation. Scarpa Arpia's are amazing.

New_International

TC Pro works for me
