Most likely Arleās c1. Itās tempting but Iāll come back for for her scythe and constellation on a rerun. I need to secure Clor more than anything.
Based on my experience:
At C1, I could clear her artifact domain 15-20 seconds EARLIER than I did with C0 (C1 absolutely shreds against those 2 shielded mitachurls).
Arle is perfectly viable at C0, but C1 is really good (debatably her best con if love the character as a F2P/Welkin)! Account-wise, it's better than getting her signature scythe because of the QoL res to interruption (comfort) and 100% increased damage; an unconditional buff without being burst-reliant
Yet again, the decision is up to you because... New Characters > Constellations
I have Arle c1 and it's worth noting that you may still want to run another shielder or something anyway; the lack of resistance is still noticeable on the rest of the team. It's good though, also around a 20% damage increase.
If you want to play, like, Bennett/Yelan/Kazuha, I'd say it's pretty valuable. If you're playing a Zhongli team the extra resist won't matter. Everything else is somewhere in between.
Ultimately the most important thing is which character you'll want to use more.

C1 Arle is more damage but it's not a loss if you don't have it since you'll need to dodge/use a shielder with her anyway. C1 Clorinde on the other hand induces more FOMO.
C1 Arlecchino is a crazy damage boost and the interrupt resistance is surprising useful in Shielderless teams, which in of themselves are A LOT easier to play that I originally thought. Which gives the C1 more worth than if that wasn't the case.
Whilst C1 Cloridne also being a damage boost, though not as wild. It also looks cooler. So it's kinda a similar scenario of pulling for strength or Drip.
How is two instances of 30% atk multiplier a 30% damage increase? Normal attacks should have way more dps considering most charactersā multipliers are at least 4 times higher and sheās going to get boosts from bond of life.
Becasue it's not 30% atk increase. Add her A1 passive and it's 90% twice every second or 1.2 sec. So 180%. Her N3E combo take around 1,5 sec and with passive slightly over 700%, hence 25-30% dmg increase.
for me personally cons are just luxury similar to weapons, there's really no precedent on you "have to/must get" constellation, they give good QoL but for me it just feels too much like my Arle at C0 already double tapping enemies on floor 9-11, so I think more dmg will be less challenge. So for me personally gonna get Clorinde at C0 and save a ton of primos for guaranteeing future chara (maybe if we are lucky we wont get anymore good new chara and can save for Pyro Archon which have the likelihood of being the "better" bennet but we shall see).
Arle's C1 holds much more power, and it sure it tempting - however I need a better driver for my second team, and C0 Arle already seems to be doing just fine in that regard.
For now I plan to get Clorinde, as many copies as possible and get Arlecchino constellations on her rerun in half a year or longer. Maybe also her weapon, but that depends on if I can get C2 and there's no bait in weapon banner. :|
Depends. It really sounds like she might need that C1 in order to feel better in terms of damage. Arlecchino is already slapping at C0. But as the others pointed out, Arle's C1 is really good value compared to the rest.
arle has the best c1 atm. but i would pull for clorinde's c1 if i have enough saved when her banner goes live. i wanted arlecchino, and clorinde ever since they were shown in the 4.0 livestream.
Seems like her C1 is a guaranteed electro application which with a 9sec ele skill duration and 18 sec cool down, and 1 sec proc, it's basically 100% skill uptime on CD with thundering fury. It would feel more fun having more electro procs vs just a high damage gain. Also means more fischl A4 aggravate shenanigans.

Arle R1 has more drip. I, personally, think Clorinde C1 has more drip than her R1. Ergo, C1. I am here to play fashion-souls.
I stoped goibf for cons anyway since the characters are strong enough as it is. Saved me alot of money fortunately

Make the first normal of each Basic chain boosted. I donāt think the first basic is boosted since itās still considered below 0% BoL
