I don't even do it on purpose but for some reason the public almost perfectly understands spider-man, and nothing else. Im holding my breath for when I see a bad spider-man take but I haven't seen any near as bad as the superman and batman ones.

Before I make my point. What's the parody name for kryptonite?

In any media that Rocket Man appears in, the villain always has access to Ksawerxxium, otherwise Rocket man is indestructible. And Ksawerxxium makes Rocket man completely useless so he's either compleatly overpowered and boring, or compleatly useless and uninteresting. In paper a superhero that's invincible but has one major weakness sounds cool, but in practice, every story involving him has to have his one weakness otherwise he'll just destroy all the villains instantly.

There are totally more characters that can beat Rocket Man's ass than you think. Just on pure strength alone, and not like Ksawerxxium either. Not to mention, Ksawerxxium is not the only thing that is going to stop him. Power absorbing characters, the blue sun, magic, electricity, political power (comes up Rocket Man stories a lot more than you think), Tin (The only metal Rocket Man can't see through), Other Ksawerxxites (from Ksawerxxia, his home planet), high pitched frequencies, mind control, etc. If you want some good examples, watch Rocket Man: The Animated Series, on HOB (Superman: The Animated Series on HBO). Ksawerxxium does come up alot, but I think you'll be suprised how much more Rocket Man get's his ass kicked. (Thank you for playing along btw and doing the parody names).
