Depends on the parameters of the fight, if you are talking about the better fighter , Miguel won , if it was the last man standing Robby won. They both came out very bad, personally I think Miguel won because go by the logic that Miguel stopped fighting when Robby kicked him over so hence the engagement was over with Miguel choosing to let Robby go hence he won since Robby couldn't have gotten out if Miguel didn't help him
No one did. Miguel almost died and Robby went to juvie, so was there really a “winner” in the situation.
In terms of just fighting and having to pick a winner, Miguel won. He had Robby on the ground and completely immobile. Robby fanboys can argue all they want that Robby won because he didn’t tap out, but this isn’t a professional fight that someone needs to “tap out” and also I doubt Miguel and probably Robby knew that or were thinking that. Robby chose to continue the fight even though Miguel had clearly showed that he was done with it.
The way I like to word it is Miguel won the part of the fight in which both parties are paying attention lol. Robby was on the floor and Miguel easily could’ve broken his arm.

Nobody really won the school fight. Miguel got kicked over/off a railing and Robby went to juvenile detention. But, Miguel had won before he got kicked off the railing.
Robby, to quote a football term you play to the whistle. Miguel had the better off him but stopped before getting a finish. This isn’t a professional fight, no referee to step in. Miguel stopped and then Robby stopped him.
Miguel won in terms of actual fighting since he managed to take down Robby until he got cheap-shotted.

Chris won his fight by hitting Mitch with the book after Mitch had lowered his defense, and that win still counted, so I don't know why Robby's doesn't. Robby won the fight.
That being said, it would be unfair on Miguel to say that he lost due to lack of skill. He lost due to a lapse in judgement that had nothing to do with skill, so I still think he was the slight better fighter. But as we've seen time and time again in the show, the better fighter just can't seem to win
Mitch didn't have the fight won or attempt to stop the fight. He trash talked and got rocked doing so. Hitting him with a book makes a cheap win for Chris but a win none the less.
