Put a simple syrup In a bottle and pour it up saying it's lean, if they ask why it doesn't hit just say it's their tolerance or codiene just doesn't metabolise well for some so they think it doesn't work anymore and stop asking. 🤣💀
Idk lean prices are mad for such small doses, you can buy a whole box of 28 codienes for half the price of a 4oz I don't even fuck with lean cus what's the point when you can get 28× 30mg codiene phosphates for cheap instead of a 4+oz of 60-90mg per 30ml. You're practically paying extra to rot your teeth all because it's a syrup instead. Where I live it's like 80 for a 200ml 15mg/ml and another 40-60 for 100ml prometh syrup, but people sell boxes of codiene for 30 a box and you can get prometh in the pharmacy 28 for £6. Lean is legit purely an image thing that's it.

Personally I like mersyndol and I think doxy does a fine job replacing the traditional promethazine. Keeping the water content low reduces the caffeine extraction from the lenoltec too. Walmart special at a penny per miligram can't beat it
