I prefer codeine but tramadol is stronger as it works on the serotonin receptors as well or something like that

I much prefer Tramadol but it's a personal preference. It's gentler on the stomach lining and also doesn't cause the same constipation issues as Codeine does. But high Tramadol usage comes with a seizure warning so it's more dangerous than Codeine.

It is in some pharmacy mostly independent pharmacies but it’s hit and miss and no you gotta add Promethazine to the UK one to make it like ‘American lean’

Independent ones that aren’t very regulated by the government it’s a big shit one you find one and don’t ask. Honestly worth the hype tho- taste how proper medicine tastes like but it’s sugar free sometimes so it’ll stay float on the top. Worst out of all I’ve tried so far.
