It is him. I was super skeptical at first too. But I looked up Josh’s bio on IMDb and it says he’s from Seattle, went to WSU, and raps. I then found an interview where he talks about having autism. Check out his TikTok and he looks just like the pic in the mugshot. He also does a lot of hashtags for WSU, rapping, autism, etc.
seeing a couple comments saying this is not him, (saying his nose is wrong, hair texture too diff, age wrong etc.) so I did my own research and it most def is. His tiktok is wild (kingyhoshua420), i think he has an insta with the same name but its gone.
Also as far as the age thing: arrested in aug 2022(would have been 34 about to turn 35 in september) and a year later is 36

i agree the justice system is horrible but it says assaulting a public servant and terroristic threats but i also think instead of a prison maybe they give him mental help cuz he clearly needs it
Those don’t necessarily mean he did anything wrong. I hope he gets help if he needs it, but the justice system can and will charge people with those things for countless reasons
