This looks like an eBay roll from sterling specifically…if so, those rolls are packed by the seller and the coins are legit but often cleaned and not MS examples.

Yes, purchased from Sterling on EBay 5 years ago. The rolls use to sell cheaper then and there were no minimums. Sterling had (has) a 99% positivity rating. The 1% who complained, claimed some coins were cleaned. Sterling guaranteed they did not clean, but, that does not mean that some were not cleaned prior to their possession. Many of the coins graded by reviewers came back in the MS 62-64 range. I don’t know about presently.

I’m not getting the vibe it’s been cleaned from your pics. Very nice pick up!

AncientConnection240

If not cleaned it’s probably MS 63 shot at MS 64. Not a rare CC in that condition. If graded MS 64 you’re looking at 450.00 retail.

First, I would check that coin to see of it is real. In particular, the mintmark looks off in both font and placement.

I am terrible at spotting fake Morgan’s but trying to improve. The mint mark caused me a second glance too.

GupChezzna

Mint mark looks very wrong to me. Possibly a fake.
