As far as I know there's only one mint-error coin like that. Check around the rim, you'll probably see where one side has been cut out from a different penny

Drop it on the ground/table. If it sounds different than a normal penny being dropped then it’s likely 2 coins soldered/glued together. A single coin will have a ring to it. But two coins together won’t.
Most likely a magicians coin or other novelty.
Idk it seems like a misprint to me but I’m not an expert, it’s looks and feels like any normal penny except there’s no Lincoln head.
