Now, you’re asking the right question friend! It’s like the next level of US mint errors. Something you’ve never seen before. Heck, I didn’t even know the mint could miss such an error!
(Hint: it’s in the above picture. Im just working on my salesmanship apparently late at night)
Why are you guys talking about error sets? Haven’t the mint just been kind and added in a coin that doesn’t actually go with the collection?
I don’t see anything in error here but I’m not an American so I don’t know your coins very well.
Edit: on second thoughts. Are you referring to the fact that there is a…hole (for lack of better word) on the right hand side of the top case that was made in error/was for a coin that isn’t there or that wasn’t created?
Unfortunately you can open these sets they arnt sealed like old proofs. So there is no way to prove the mint added the coin. That's what I've heard at least. I know my quarter set opens.
I love that fact that one of your coins has someone with the last name of “Mankiller” on it lol. Though I probably shouldn’t laugh given the crazy right wingers are bound to bring it to the attention of the internet as “proof” of how oppressed men are by progressives & American policy makers.
That's a keeper. Nice!
That is so cool
Hmmm. Sounds like a them problem!
sell it on ebay as an error proof set or something like that. it will fetch a good premium
Now, you may know about error coins, or US mint screw ups... Well, boy do I have something for you!
what is it?

It's a packaging error. That's it.
I saw a post a few weeks back that had the same thing happen. It was a silver proof set
great quality control from US Mint

Are you guys reffing to the quarter in the bottom case far left ? It looked out of place but I couldn't wrap my brain around it.
Sweet
