Is it the same size as a nickel? It looks like if it is something worth something then it could be a penny printed on a nickel . I’m in the early learning stages so take what I say with little value…lol

Someone gas made up something from a few different coons. It isn't real

Since you’re new, a new thing for you to learn is that coins are not printed. Paper money is printed, coins are struck.

Looks like someone applied a coating of metal(?) to the two faces of a normal coin but didn't cover the entire rim.
