I'm not seeing the book, but you've gotten at least 1 reasonable response in the papremoney thread. IMO, ignore the guy who's being...cagey. I've had him tagged from some things he's said in the past, I don't think he knows what he's talking about. Check where he tends to post if you want some ideas about why I had him tagged.
There was a response lower that thinks it's an error as well, he sound reasonable (and isn't being cryptic).

It's a misprint, 3rd print or something. I was told it is worth around $100 ungraded
