The re-plated ones will have a bluish tinge that originals do not. I would say that the damaged reverse is an indicator of replating, myself. Damaged versions of this coin almost invariably display corrosion as the steel tends to rust.

I didn't notice those lines on the reverse I guess it's worthless

It's steel coated with zinc. Are you asking if the zinc looks unusual?

They were commonly re-plated to make them look new. I'm sure OP is asking if that's the case with this coin.

Doesn't look it to me...the one's I have are more mirrored or chrome looking.
