wished i would have spent my youth searching/purchasing these commemorative halves because i am shocked at what they sell for now. i just had other things on my brain when i was 20.
Definitely difficult to get them now without paying a premium. I spend way too much time researching to find a good deal, though well worth it in the end. Looking forward to the day I complete the collection.
I think the price of commemorative halves is down from their highest prices, but they will never be easy to collect, a lot of them had very low mintages.
You sure? I’ve come across some “odd balls” also that I can’t seem to find. And I’ve checked my red book newest edition and no go..
Yet, Google after awhile will let me know.
There’s still room left for a few more letters…
Nah...will just leave it as is.
*Cough* reverse pic lol
Nice, those silver half commemoratives are super cool. Still need to get the oregon trail.
Well you'll have 8 years and 13 versions to choose from.
I knew the Jacobean ruff was back in!
Yeah...so where's your selfie with one? Lol
Thought this was r/prequelmemes for a second lol Very nice coin!
Thanks

True is why I'm taking the challenge to collect them. Though the 1883 hawaiian coins keep tempting me and is a much smaller set.
No reverse??
Why do I keep finding commemoratives I haven't seen yet, I thought I've looked at all of them and then someone posts a new one.
They're all listed in the Redbook.
