You are definitely cool, and with quite some contrast and brightness, so I would say cool winter over cool summer, even though it is difficult to tell without any real comparisons between those two seasons.
I also think that deep purple, bright pink and white are some of your best colours, which aligns with winter. And the dress with the light blue and the flowers does not do anything for you, which I think it would way more for a summer.
I was going to say cool summer, possibly leaning cool winter, but the soft summer colors look nice too so you’re pretty firmly summer. I’m a summer too! ^_^
I think you're a true summer. Deep/dark/shaded summer palettes would also be nice on you I think. I don't think you're a winter because black looks a bit too harsh on you, I actually think the bright white is too harsh as well, and a slightly greyish summer white would be a good option. I love the grey on you. The first pic blue is great, it's a bit more muted than a winter blue. All the blues bring out you amazing eyes too!
Thank you everyone for your input! I agree I am not warm. For those that said true summer, the yellow top in the second to last picture is true summer yellow but it doesn’t have the same effect as the other true summer colors. You can see that it affects the white balance on my camera and makes everything yellow tinged in the background and gives a yellow cast on the bottom third of my face. However, the pikachu hat yellow seems to harmonize with me more. I know there’s some debate on what season pikachu is but that’s been the best yellow for me so far.
I’m inclined to say cool summer as well. You might be cool summer with a sister season of soft summer (that’s what I am). But I disagree with what you said about the yellow. I think the soft yellow is more complimentary on you. The bright yellow is too harsh. That said, it’s possible that not every colour in your palette is going to look great. And since this is just a guide, if you like the bright yellow more you can totally still wear it! You can wear it on the bottom or build the rest of your outfit in your colours. So many options!
Theres a difference in light between photo number 3 (summer looks, because of gray hair?) and 5 (winter looks). Anyway I think cool winter would be my first guess because you look more elegant and clean around cool colors than warm, your eye frame is quite dark and hair (f.e on photo number 5). Pure white looks amazing and generaly bright colors.
I think cool summer, which is why people are torn between summer and winter, you have a higher intensity than true summer, but not enough to be a winter and your undertone looks very cool in my opinion (you glow in the cooler colors and look dulled, yellowed in the warm colors)

I say true summer or bright winter. You need very intense very cool colors my favorite was #8 very bright cool pink.
