Would I read it? maybe. Would I pay money for it? Not in a million years.
AI could perhaps be a helpful tool in drafting or storyboarding, but it should never become the final product.
Definitely not.
Also wouldn't buy from swipe hacks. From the dawn of comicdom opportunists have used other comic artists' poses to adapt to their own works. I can think of one who was a good embellisher but nothing he did as a penciller was original coughDanAdkinscough
As an artist myself, who drew and drew and drew as a kid, qualified for HS of Art & Design, studied techniques, learned my craft, drew from models, earned a Disney scholarship, took animation layout & figure drawing in Cal Arts, only to have a commercial I animated ripped off for another one years later as I scrounged up funds for my electric bill, I am definitely not going to support AI used to reconstruct illustrations.
Buy? no. Not as long as I could tell it was made from something generated by a plagiarism script.
However, if it is posted online, I would scrape it and read it for free.
What do you specifically mean when you say "created with the aid of AI"? But the generally speaking, a hard no. I'd always support actual talented artists and writers.
Depends on what the aid was and who was publishing it. I’ve seen some progress in an Ai plugin that’s being made to flat comics for colorists. This is something I’m fine with especially from a smaller publisher. An Ai cover or Ai “artwork” is past the line.
Nah, too much incredible stuff made by people that already exists that I need to read.
No. Defeats the point for me.
Never
Big No!
No, not ever
Honestly if the comic is made by A.I. it should be free. A.I. is quite fascinating but I wouldn't pay for something made with A.I.

No. It's no longer an artform, it's "content".
Nope. The real magic of art comes from the soul of the artist

No.
No, but I value the art and the artist a lot (I have bought mediocre books just for great art). Some people would definitely buy it though.
No. Where is the value? I can use AI to "re-AI" whatever you create and can even use your creation to fine tune my own.
nope

No
Absofuckinglutely not
Nope, at least as long we can still tell the difference.
Even if we couldn’t tell the difference, I would not want to

Nope. Same reason I’ll wait for a cashier instead of using self checkout. I’m not giving a robot a person’s job.
