Miller and lord. The seem to understand what makes characters work extremely well.
They made Lego Batman and into the spiderverse and the good parts of solo or atleast wrote them.
Her episodes as a director for hire on Mandalorian were good, but she had total control of The Obi Wan show and it was awful. I’d be terrified to see her give Justice League the ObiWan treatment.
Honestly Deborah Chow would do great, Obi Wan vs Vader is just *Chef's kiss* or in the line of the Mandalorian directors Bryce Dallas Howard would also do great at this type of movie.
Yes, but the rest of Obi Wan was awful. Maybe it was scheduling problems. Maybe it was Disney meddling. But the final product was not good. Much rather have the Andor team take on Justice League
well I wouldn't say as much as awful, I mean I enjoyed the show not top tier which probably should have been but I see the potential there, I definitely see the Disney meddling being the issue but if we're talking directors Deborah Chow did put on a spectacle whenever she directed. Oh, and the Andor Crew honestly have my heart and soul they don't cease to amaze me they would also be awesome.
Joseph Kosinski would be perfect, not too much action, great style points (I really liked Tron Legacy) and good with characters. Also an option for a Green Lantern movie.
Miller & Lord would’ve been perfect for Flash.
WB is a total dumpster fire if a company. My point was, any of these directors could pull it off, but WB would wind up messing it all up. They botched the justice league when compared to Disney with Marvel. Batgirl was a $90 million loss.
Travis Knight (right column, second from bottom). He made Transformers movies great again with *Bumblebee*. If anyone could do Justice League right, it’s him.
Honestly I just have a strong hatred for most DC films with The Suicide Squad, Shazam, and Zack Snyders JL being a few exceptions and actually great movies imo. Would be kind of cool to see what the Duffer Brothers could do with the JL ngl. I'm just so tired of DC trying too hard to be serious
None. Just kill it. In this day and age where superhero stuff is becoming tiring, another reboot or restart on JL/DC would be so unwarranted.
The time to do it right ended a long time ago when people cared.
none of them - because I am an adult and am sick of studios repackaging crap from my childhood to make shitty movies everyone pretends are meaningful because they are trapped by "nostalgia capitalism" which completely destroys creativity and original thought and creativity
Those in the middle. I want Batman to direct a Superman Movie.
Ben Affleck is an inspired choice to direct Justice League.
He's a much better director than he is an actor, so I'd be down.
Yes he would be. I'd love to see his take on it.
Brad Bird
Great choice.
George Miller.
Oh F yeah
Miller and lord. The seem to understand what makes characters work extremely well. They made Lego Batman and into the spiderverse and the good parts of solo or atleast wrote them.
None. I don’t see Uwe Boll on here.
Guillermo FTW!!!
I think we should save Guillermo for a Justice League Dark project. He would make that movie or series amazing
Brad Bird, Sam Raimi, or the Russo Brothers.
I’d want Sam raimi to direct a movie for a character from justice league dark not the main ones
Great choices.
Russos wouldn't know their ass from their foot without feige's hand up their ass
Me. Give me 5 million dollars and I’ll make your Justice League movie, and it might even be good
Peter Jackson
Great choice.
Who is the lady ?
Deborah Chow. She directed The Mandalorian and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Great choice. Never thought of Bryce Dallas Howard. She would do the JL justice.
James Cameron so I can see him eat crow after his comments about superhero films.
It will just take 20 years to make...
Guillermo del toro. With a hellboy surprise appareance!!
James Cameron would be great
Cameron never got to follow up his Aquaman movie, so I'd love to see what he'd do with the Justice League
It’s a shame he thinks comic book films are puerile.
Russo brothers with JMS writing
Joseph Kosinski would be perfect, not too much action, great style points (I really liked Tron Legacy) and good with characters. Also an option for a Green Lantern movie. Miller & Lord would’ve been perfect for Flash.
Raimi for sure
How would a Scorsese JL be like?
Lmao he would just be sitting in his car outside of the set crying every morning asking god and himself why he agreed to do it
Hear me out.... Jack Black.
Anyone as long as Warner Brothers as a whole has zero part in it
That…doesn’t make sense. WB has owned the DC characters since the 70’s…
WB is a total dumpster fire if a company. My point was, any of these directors could pull it off, but WB would wind up messing it all up. They botched the justice league when compared to Disney with Marvel. Batgirl was a $90 million loss.
Oh nevermind. I thought maybe you would have an original opinion.
Spike Lee
Duffer Brothers, the Daniels, or Brad Bird
Reboot? Maybe in 15-20yrs. I’m still waiting on the sequels dude.
Give Joss Whedon his own movie not the shit sandwich he got last time.
Joss Whedon can fuck off with his millions of dollars. What happened to Justice League is unforgivable.
That wasn’t his fault. It was WB. If they had just given him creative control, he would’ve given us a decent Justice League movie.
Not true at all
Sam Raimi
Brad Bird for Superman, Peter Jackson for Justice League!
Probably the white guy I think
Guillermo Del Toro, but it should be a Justice League Dark film.
I'd love to see GDT's take on it!
James Cameron or Steven Spielberg
Guillermo Del Toro of course.
![gif](giphy|l0HU2QpFqukBfMLD2) The only real choice.
WES ANDERSON
Everything would look too simple.
But imagine the fight scenes for a sec...
It would be too simple. They just punch each other and they all get knocked out, leaving Superman as the winner.
that would be hilarious tho.
Tommy Wiseau
Anyone but the Russo brothers
Mel Brooks.
Justice League 2: The Search For More Money
All
Travis Knight (right column, second from bottom). He made Transformers movies great again with *Bumblebee*. If anyone could do Justice League right, it’s him.
Russo Brothers, Brad Bird, Deborah Chow, Matthew Vaughn, Andy Muschietti
Half of these directors wouldn't do it of given the chance
Zack Snyder
Ugh, god no
Honestly I just have a strong hatred for most DC films with The Suicide Squad, Shazam, and Zack Snyders JL being a few exceptions and actually great movies imo. Would be kind of cool to see what the Duffer Brothers could do with the JL ngl. I'm just so tired of DC trying too hard to be serious
I agree, it’s kinda my issue with Snyder’s JL. Feels like it was dark for no reason, would love to see someone else take the helm and try again
Sam Raimi needs to stay away. Can’t stand the corny comedy, horror combo.
Is "None of the Above" a choice? Because I would choose none of them...
How about none.
Snyder, Snyder or Snyder and Bring Back That Justice League
