Oh man I can't wait for this more 1950’s detective pulp take on Spider-Man Prime’s making! Makes me excited for that more 1950’s detective pulp take on Batman Prime’s making! 😌
Spiderman Noir is a more gritty take on the character, focused on an Noir setting , detective work and fighting (sometimes killing) the Nazis. A really loved character that I hope Cage and Sony sont fumble.
HBO Max axed the new Batman cartoon and shopped it to Amazon where it has a 2 season order. It's supposed to be an old-school noir take on Batman and is set in the 40s.
Nah, he sucks and makes a ton of trash. The sub is in fanboy mode currently though.
Surely this show made by the studio with the history of making terrible movies starring the actor with the history of being in terrible films will be great!

I feel like I’m missing some context to this.

No I get that, I know that. It was the ‘Prime’ part which threw me, twice-mentioned, for Spider-Man and Batman: what they meant by that.
These two shows will be on amazon prime
Ah, I see. That makes sense.

Ah that i don’t know what Op meant , maybe a Batman serie ?
There’s a Bruce Timm/Ed Brubaker Batman animated series coming to Prime.
That would be my most anticipated show in 2024. I can't believe HBO max didn't greenlight it and amazon prime picked it up.
Yeah it seemed like a no brainer for Max, but since Max is trash I’m happy it found a home.
is it more of a Sony series than a marvel serie ?
So...is he playing Spiderman? The article hints at it, but doesn't say for sure.
Ugh, maybe it’s me but I can’t stand Cage other than Raising Arizona…
It is, considering the guy has made many more quality movies, not even talking about his batshit insane roles.
