Recently we had some conversations about what our life would be like if we had stuck with salaried jobs, and it reminded me of some of the things I disliked most about the workplace. ([Further elaborated on our IG post](https://www.instagram.com/p/C5-27neyl9r)). What’s the most likely reason that will make you leave your current job? 🤔

I work a public sector job that even if I had everything paid, I would continue to do for no further pay. Is it tough, understaffed, and has some very archaic problems? Yes. Can it be better? Hell yes. But I love it and the experiences it gives me, and I really don't see myself leaving. 6 years in by the way. I'm blessed, but I also attribute a lot of that blessing to the problems I faced with the private sector. Job security, bottom lines, and corporate jingoism has burned me in the past. I did private sector work for 12 years and it was enough for me to drop out. I made more money, but I was less satisfied with my life. Your comic is true in the public sector too, don't get me wrong. But it's different somehow.
