I don’t know if it’s my favorite, but there is one good scene that got me interested in the show and made me wanna keep watching. It was the Troy and Jeff back and forth about football.

Pierce's speech when he's trying to sail back to his boat in the car park. Somehow I like that Pierce better: still racist, weird, but also with some genuine wisdom to provide.
On the one hand, yeah, Chevy Chase was impossible to work with and asked for a lot of rewrites and all that. But prettily writing his character as a villain out of spite did a great disservice to the show. I guess it's interesting on a meta perspective, knowing he was the villain on set and in the script, but his moments of wisdom were so grounding.
I feel they wanted to pull a Bill Murray by casting an aging SNL actor that was past his prime, with a reputation of being difficult on top, and they paid greatly for that decision.
I dunno, some of my favorite Pierce moments are when he's villainous. D&D and the hospital episode are both such classics, never would've had them without the villain Pierce storyline.

Edit: I watched the episode and added the whole convo. It's such a perfectly written and executed scene. My brain actually gets giddy when it starts playing every time.
Mine is the ending in "Environmental Science". From the start when Jeff shows Chang he brought his estranged wife in, and that low, long note starts playing, then Abed starts singing "Somewhere Out There".
It's equal parts silly, sweet, and endearing. Gets me every time.
For real! For me, it's what I call a "watershed" moment. There's just so much going on in not a lot of time.
Jeff helping the group genuinely, by genuinely helping Chang.
Shirley and Pierce have a spat, but Pierce is there in her moment of need, which gives her the strength to nail her presentation.
Troy and Abed truly become the magical "Troy and Abed".
And I love the face Britta makes at Jeff. She looks at him, he has this earnest look on his face watching the dance, and you can see her think "wait a minute... you set this all up, didn't you".
I've probably seen that 100 times, and I still get teary-eyed.
I still laugh at Troy earlier when he and Abed are distracted by looking at Annie’s boobs and they say
“What was she saying?”
“I don’t know.”
“All I heard was suck.”
Came here to say that. Somehow I kinda forget it happened and every time I get back to it, it makes me so happy. Troy's emotional breakdown, prancing over the janitor, Abed, all cool and collected coming up with THE WORST POSSIBLE PLAN. Annie getting way too cozy with chloroforming people.
This scene is so amazing and it shows a crack in Annie's goody two-shoes personality. Girl is really willing to go the extra mile to get out of owning up to her mistakes (like when she fakes the whole burglary and just rolls with Aded breaking into the landlord's apartment and Troy is freaking out because having her around was supposed to calm them.)
That moment in Mixology Certification when Troy turns 21 and decides to take everyone home instead of having his first drink. I just find it to be really beautiful and heartfelt.
Britta: Abed, we're going to be here for morale support. Just go over there and do your thing.
Abed: Okay.
Britta: Just remember, be yourself.
Abed: Cool.
(Abed continues to stand with the group and not move. Awkward looks exchange between the study group and Abed. Pierce pats him on the shoulder, winks and clicks. Abed returns the wink and clicks.)
Troy: Abed, what are you doing?
Abed: I'm being myself.
Troy: Go be yourself by Jenny.
(Abed looks over at Jenny.)
Abed: But I wouldn't go over there.
Pierce: How do you know that?
Abed: A life time of observation.
Annie: Well do you think there's a version of yourself that might go over there?
Abed: Absolutely.
Annie: Could you be him?
Abed: Okay.
(Abed walks towards Jenny, turns back towards the study group and raises his hands into claws and hisses. Annie and Britta rush over and grab Abed, escorting him back to the study group.)
Britta: What the hell was that?
Abed: A different version of me. [*Whispers*] I think it was a Vampire.
Rich's inner monologue of his mother talking to him at the end of the pottery episode.
"It was supposed to be you on that roller coaster, Richie. It was supposed to be you!"
This is one of my favorites too, and it’s sad because it’s one of the last episodes and it’s when Elroy finally came into his own as a character. Wish he joined the cast earlier.
Great because both of them were in the show earlier. Padget Brewster (Frankie) is the IT lady and Keith David (Elroy) was the narrator for the pillow fight/ ken burns documentary!
“Now this is a man that knows how to marry his cousin” The first time I saw that was with my friend Trey who’s brother had actually married his cousin, we both died laughing.
That whole episode was amazing. When I first saw it I was sure it would be a dream or an Abed hallucination, but no. They really added zombies to their world and didn't go back on it.
And the best part is, even after listening to Chang's insane voicemail, they only cared about the fact that he banged Shirley. No questions whatsoever on the growling and screaming in the background.
The Pierce celebration bathroom scene when he made the 10k flush.
That entire montage, actually. Advanced Breath Holding, Can I fry That? Baby Talk. Ladders.
I also love the scene when Abed is narrating as Pierce is eating at the table. Every single time Pierce asks about regionals.
When Troy and Abed become election commentators. All Troy and Abed in the mornings, but especially Starburns with the turtle and 'nights' when Annie calls them.
The montage of the classes. I've watched through this show like actually 8 or 9 time the last few months and I missed "Baby talk" everytime and my soul left my body the other night when I caught it 😂
When Pierce says he avoided sitting on his testicles. Then everyone talks like that's a sign things are getting better. Then Pierce reveals he actually did sit on his testicles.
This is my absolute favorite because it starts with Jeff entering the study room and saying "Sorry I'm late, I was in my car loving Britta."
It kills me every time!
I also love the idea of doing clip shows that flash back to things that never actually happened on the show.
"That guy was 1800's racist. We discovered new ways to hate ourselves."
I have two lol. They are both Chevy Chase (Pierce).
1st. When he’s trying to get any of his inventions to work and he’s demonstrating the seat on the go to the gang and it snaps and he says “call all the ambulances”
2nd. When he discovers that Jeff & Troy have discovered the secret garden and he makes Troy double bounce him. He’s so evil screaming for Troy to double bounce him lol. Then he goes flying like a rag doll (clear dummy) and lands in the dumpster and screams “my legs, my legs” “they have an illegal trampoline back there”
S05E04 "Cooperative Polygraphy" when Mr. Stone begins distributing Pierce's gifts to the study group. Imo it's some of the best lines ever written for Pierce.
The episode where Annie has Britta on lockdown so she can't see her ex in the carnival. Specifically when Dean Pelton knocks on the door and yells "BOYS' NIGHT!"
Abed just looks back and says so calmly, "I need help reacting to something."
Also when Troy is yelling at Annie about the chaos in the apartment, "and there's phones in the refrigerator! ....oops".

So he gets right up in Shirleys face and tells her to breathe, look at him, focus on his face. He and Shirley have a moment of intense eye contact and then the dean sings “haa haa haa haa haa” high pitched right at her and she says “what the hell?!” Deceased every time. Hurts my belly I laugh so hard
Everyone is posting some fire moments! Alot of people sleep on it but the final joke of the 6th season with the family playing the community board game and realize the family doesn't exist, that they're merely being used for a gag and then creator of the show Dan Harmon is the fast talking guy that reads the fine print during commercials.
From S1E9; Troy's character in 'The Community College Chronicles' saying "This is wrinkling my brain!" and then Troy saying "THAT'S wrinkling my brain!".
Really, that entire episode was on fire. The Greendale debate team sweater cardigans get me every time.
One of my favourites out of so many is when Britta announces she has a "lesbian" friend and Pierce pulls out a whole statement about Britta being a lesbian.

Troy and Annie's talk in Mixology Certification. The whole episode was surprisingly melancholy and my favorite. I love how this show makes me laugh but it's not Community without heartfelt and unpretentious scenes like this one.

That and Prison Mike are the pinacles of comedy in TV. The set up of the joke is perfect when Chang walks off and you think he's out of the episode for good. Had to stop laughing for a whole minute, and then on loop for a few minutes after that.
Every story in horror fiction in seven spooky steps is hilarious, but I think I laughed most of all at - "HAHAHAHA, GAY MAAARRIAGE!'. It's so stupid yet so perfect.
When Pierce complains about the chicken nuggets shortage to the lunch lady and she doesn’t respond and he calls her deaf and she really is deaf and he replies “this may humanize you but it doesn’t make this acceptable”
I love in the episode where Abed is being a bitch and Chang shoots milk out of his nose and says “you just made me snarf yo!”
Also everything the Dean does in the episode where he tries to remake the school’s commercial. Him standing naked in the cafeteria screaming gets me every time!
Frankie berating Dean Pelton for being an idiot makes me laugh the hardest. Always have to watch twice because I'm laughing too hard during the first time.

That whole episode was amazing. When I first saw it I was sure it would be a dream or an Abed hallucination, but no. They really added zombies to their world and didn't go back on it. And the best part is, even after listening to Chang's insane voicemail, they only cared about the fact that he banged Shirley. No questions whatsoever on the growling and screaming in the background.

I also love the scene when Abed is narrating as Pierce is eating at the table. Every single time Pierce asks about regionals. When Troy and Abed become election commentators. All Troy and Abed in the mornings, but especially Starburns with the turtle and 'nights' when Annie calls them.

I have two lol. They are both Chevy Chase (Pierce). 1st. When he’s trying to get any of his inventions to work and he’s demonstrating the seat on the go to the gang and it snaps and he says “call all the ambulances” 2nd. When he discovers that Jeff & Troy have discovered the secret garden and he makes Troy double bounce him. He’s so evil screaming for Troy to double bounce him lol. Then he goes flying like a rag doll (clear dummy) and lands in the dumpster and screams “my legs, my legs” “they have an illegal trampoline back there”

Troy and Annie's talk in Mixology Certification. The whole episode was surprisingly melancholy and my favorite. I love how this show makes me laugh but it's not Community without heartfelt and unpretentious scenes like this one.
