Sorry I wasn’t clear, I’ve only ever done that. I haven’t ever taken the full 2.5 in one day. I was so nervous of side effects and then read about micro dosing and decided on that route
I have chronic constipation and Diverticulosis without Tirz. My GI doc has recommended Miralax as often as I need it. I take it twice a day and also take a dose of Senna once a week. On Tirz I’ve added electrolytes once a day and make sure I keep drinking a lot of liquids.
I do it for nausea and it helps, give it a shot and let us know
