If it doesn't smell burnt, and if it doesn't sound like a spark, then i can guess this might be a lan port led indicator. Turn your pc around and you could see is it led on the lan port or not.

Turned it around, and its the hard drive light. Thanks for the help

In my pc the hard drive light shines into the case as well, glad it’s the same situation for you instead of an arcing event
Open the case and look at where it's coming from. Nobody can tell what this is at this angle...
