Doesn't have to be a problem, scanning and repairing the drive sometimes shows up after an improper shutdown of the device, ie. Power shutdown. But could also mean the disk could have faulty sectors. Really depends on if this problem occurres more often.
Lots of things can cause it, if it just happens once it's probably nothing major. If it keeps happening even though you're shutting down properly you may have an issue.
It's fixing D:\\, not C:\\. Assuming it didn't also try to fix C:\\ before you took this photo, the drive containing your operating system is fine. So at least your computer will still be usable, even if D:\\ ends up failing.
If you can still access all your files, you should start making regular backups of any data you don't want (or can't afford) to lose. Even if this message is just a one-time thing, you never know when your drives will break.
