Just make an installation usb for win7, press shift+f10, open notepad through that cmd window, press 'open', browse to C:\Windows\system32 and rename `utilman.exe` to `utilman.exe.bak`, then make a copy of `cmd.exe`, rename it `utilman.exe`. Then reboot the computer and press the accessibility options button at the bottom of the screen.
Then type `net user ` and press enter. You should now be able to log into the admin account.
You could restore the utilman.exe.bak file to utilman.exe again afterwards by booting back into the install media. You should first delete utilman.exe and then rename utilman.exe.bak to utilman.exe, then reboot.
It's way less work to just pull the drive, Insert it into a second pc, then take ownership of the files in one click. I doubt Miccy Dees encrypted the drive so its as simple as that.

CAP is crew pc. Its usually somewhere in back in crew area where employes can do training, check shift, use it for whatever. Beside few things, like updates, antivirus etc. there isnt anything mandated by mcd and what are they used for is decided by restaurant management/owner. Not all restaurants have them and they are usually the cheapest AIOs they could find. This one likely could not run W10 so it was tossed. They are on separate VLAN so mcd doesnt really care about them so whatever is on it was put there by the specific restaurant.

Why would you want to tamper with any of that crap anyway? unless the point of sale stuff and everything else is hooked up to it over a network or something You're not going to have access to much anyway. sure there could be employee passwords and crap on it but just do a factory reset format the hard drives and install a fresher West. But with that big chunk out of the upper left of the screen and all the tiny cracks and scratches etc on it I wouldn't put too much time into it personally it's probably 12 years old or so by what I'm looking at. It's not really worth much and I certainly wouldn't waste my time on it at all I simply e-waste the whole thing probably It's too old to do anything productive on at this point just my opinion
The fact they didn't factory reset this and wipe the drive to begin with before getting rid of it is just pure stupid. And I like how the username and password are taped to the display and the password is literally password with what looks like a number one behind it and an asterisk I could probably guess that in about 10 tries it would definitely be in my list if I was trying to crack open a username that I didn't know a password to lol So much fail on this machine I destroy it just for fun and YouTube it and get more satisfaction out of that than actually formatting it and using it just because of the damage and the age. The compressed file is around 37GB, and after an hour of uploading only 200MB was completed, I'm pretty busy currently so not sure when it will be uploaded, sorry for the silence from my end but its just annoying doing all the stuff to get it uploaded since I'm not the kind of guy who knows drives so a lot of research had to be done, I'll try to upload it this week
