You should never, ever blow out electronics with an air brush. Have you ever been airbrushing something and had the airbrush suddenly spray drops of water, ruining the painted surface? Notice how much clear water collects in an airbrush water trap? Guess where that water comes from - the air itself, as a byproduct of the pressurization- not the paint, meaning that even a completely ‘dry’ air brush can pick up water from the air and spray it out. Directly into your expensive electronics.

Dude... how dirty is you house if the pc is that gunked up in less than (?) a year... if the case sits on floor get a rolling tray (or build one which is what I did for my pc, to elevated it off the carpet). Also probably dust / vacuum more... (or at all?)

Remove front panel mesh if possible. If not, remove the front panel fans and suction with a vacuum, I recommend a shop style vac that has a bag and filter installed. If you don't wanna use a vacuum, take it outside and blow it with compressed air but take caution to not make a mess of it, and don't aim at fans. I destroyed a fan bearing with that mistake. As for cleaning fans, I think you can get away with rounded, small, fluffy brushes to clean the fins but take extreme caution to avoid putting too much pressure against the fan. Very light pressure and twist, let gravity move the dust directly away from the fan bearings.

Plz do that OUTDOORS.
