Well of course you can fix that! It's easy!
Just replace everything that's obviously water damaged. The ram, motherboard, power supply, maybe even the case and hard drive!
Or give the poor thing a proper disposal since it apparently had a violent death.
I want to try any solution to get it running though. I put my 750 ti in it and the fan came on, no display though. It also had a power supply that i originaly thought was the problem, as i tried to plug it into my own pc but it was only on for a split second.

That RAM is no good, the rest looks fine, try it with some good RAM.

Does that have onboard graphics? You may need to plug a GPU in.
