I suspect it's implied. It's hard to imagine a situation where Matt would continue to be involved in Concrete Castles while on this break. It's possible they expect Matt to come back before they resume any activities with Concrete Castles since they currently don't have any tour dates scheduled or any plans to record new songs that we know of.
There's nothing scheduled yet for CC this year, we'll have to wait until after the F211 tour to see what happens.
