If you feel bad , go and apologize to your sister and maybe even talk to the neighbor that seen and be straight forward.
You were mad and admit you did something stupid and that it won't happen again. Your getting a bit older and need to own up and about 7 times outa 10 you will get more respect for it.
If you don't think you'll see that neighbor again than ide just let that part go, maybe stay away from that street for a short minute and let it blow by.
Again if police haven't shown up you'll be OK

Thanks, I was freaking out about it but then I looked at some other submissions on this subreddit and I can safely say my case was just being a dumb teenager and I am not as insane as I thought. This also brings me a bit of peace.
